Lawrence was extremely friendly and accommodating. He even offered to drive us to and from Churchill Downs during the KY Derby!

We spent a few days over spring break for a relaxing weekend in Louisville. Maggie's place was perfect for our needs. It is an older house with lots of character in a quiet neighborhood. We were able to cook breakfast each morning and relax in the living room each evening. The temperature was a little cool so we did not take advantage of the deck in the back yard. The location of the house put us no more than 25 minutes from all our activities which were as far south as Bernheim Forest and far east as Butchertown. Maggie was easy to reach and provided clear instructions. Checking in and out was very easy too. We would definitely look to stay at Maggie's again.

Great place for multiple families. Exactly how it’s described. Erin was very responsive with any questions. Would highly recommend. Close location to convention center, 4th st happenings, and Churchill downs. The third floor worked out great for our teenage girls to get ready.

Beautiful neighborhood. Walkable to downtown area with local shops and the water. House was totally worth the money and was a great experience and stay. No issues.

Richard's place was great! We booked last minute for a one night stay and he was very accommodating. Everything was extremely clean and we had everything we would have needed for an extended stay. We will definitely try to book here again in the future! This place is a gem!

The homes was perfect for our family! The basement was a hit with the kids who essentially took it over. The neighborhood was super convenient. We had to be downtown almost every day and we were able to downtown writhing 15 minutes of leaving every day. The home was super clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. It also has a grill and outdoor spaces with a basketball hoop and cornhole which was awesome. The beds were comfortable and overall we had a great time!

The house on Spring Street was very clean and well furnished. A very fine, older home. It had a nice, private back yard. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of linens. We would stay there again when we have many family members traveling to the area to see our family that lives there locally.

Just stayed a night but would have stayed more. Good spot near downtown. Perfect for a Louisville excursion.

I had no idea how much of a gem this place was. Great location in general and tons of places to walk to for food, drinks, or coffee. Place was cute and very clean. Instructions and details to get in were spot on and clear. We missed out on some activities we wanted to do because of the weather but if we come back to Louisville we would definitely stay here again!!

Let me start by saying The place was very clean and looked just like the pictures. Our check in was delayed like 30/45 mins but I must say he accommodated us well and it wasn’t much of an issue to us, because everything was GREAT. My fiancé and I really enjoyed the hot tub and the view from our balcony. Check in was a little complicated but he responded right away and got me right into the unit. WE LOVE THIS PLACE! We would definitely book again. Thank you Tyler!

We had a great stay here for the Kentucky Derby! The Highlands is a great area with so much to do, and Bethany's house is just a short walk from Bardstown Road. It was quiet despite being close to a busy area. The bed and couch are comfy, and the entire living area is so cozy. We would definitely stay here again!

I originally booked 1 day short and was happy to be able to extend the stay - Tess was prompt with a response. The place was very comfortable - loved the back upper deck to have a cup of coffee in the morning. The location could be an easy walk to the down town area but we chose to drive & park - especially after our race. I would be a repeat visitor if I have a chance to go back.

Jaclyn’s place is STUNNINGLY beautiful — definitely the prettiest Airbnb we’ve stayed in. The art and furniture are so thoughtfully curated that it felt like we were staying in a Pinterest board. And yet, everything was also really comfortable. The bed is SO COMFY and the blackout curtains make sleeping in very easy. Tons to do in the neighborhood as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved Ruth’s description of this historic home. Felt like I was part of the history itself. As we got home from great dinner at nearby restaurant, we engaged ourselves to the historic ghost tour that was taking place across the street on Mansion Row. What a treat! Apartment had every amenity. Loved the coffee bar.

Lovely apartment, clean and comfortable. The bed and the linens were so over the top luxurious, we slept so well. Great location.

I was surprised how much better this was than the pictures. I was on a business trip and this was right across the river from the convention center and very convenient. I was able to control the room temp and that is important to me for sleep comfort. Host was very responsive and fast when I checked in after 11:00PM. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Awesome stay, condo is super chill and has everything you need, we felt right at home! Probably the best guidebook I've ever seen in terms of instructions and recommendations, very helpful! Neighborhood is great, walking distance to a ton of restaurants/bars/breweries, and a quick Uber to downtown or Churchill Downs. Would definitely stay again next time I'm in town, thanks for everything Matt!

Awesome place and an awesome time was had. Easy to find, lots of places in close proximity. Convenient to downtown. Beds were really comfortable. We really enjoyed the table and chairs on the deck, nice place for our nightcap. Weather was perfect for outdoor sitting.

Beautiful space and welcoming host. It’s unique reuse of property, old charm with contemporary comfort and amenities. NuLu is a perfect neighborhood to experience Louisville and easy to connect to rest of the area. Have stayed here before and look forward to a future return.

We only needed to book for one night and we booked our stay last minute. Deirdre responded immediately and we were able to check in early. The condo was great and just as the pictures show. My granddaughters are 2 and 4 and they loved the snacks that were in a basket as soon as you walked in. The living room and kitchen were great. The half bath downstairs was very convenient with kids. The bedrooms are very large and the beds were very comfortable! The bathrooms were very clean. The whole place was amazing and we would definitely stay again. Thanks so much! 😊
