Grandma Js: A lovingly restored, Canada Select 4.5 star, oceanfront home with modern conveniences. Make it your own special retreat! The 120+ year old saltbox welcomes guests to magical Herring Neck. The 1st floor is an open great room with a dramatic ocean view picture window. Upstairs 13' foot vaulted ceilings welcome you to the bedrooms and a 2nd bathroom with an oversized shower. You're 1 hour 15 minutes from Gander Airport, 15 minutes from Twillingate and 45 minutes from Fogo Island Ferry.

Lynch Premises

Newly constructed cottage, no corners cut here. The exterior was done in a spruce wood siding, while the interior was done in a local spruce shiplap, white washed for a soft appearance. The cottage is clean, decorated with old and new so that it maintains that cozy feel. The fireplace adds a warm ambiance. You have access to hiking trails across the island, where you may come across Foxes, Caribou, Whales or Icebergs depending on the time of year. Don't forget to visit the Newfoundland ponies.

Front row seats to "Iceberg Alley"! View the bergs from the deck with a glass of wine, or from beside the fire from the giant picture window. Enjoy our beautiful cottage and ocean view deck. Comes complete with Air conditioning/heatpump, 1 Queen bed, 1 Twin futon in living room. The house is fully furnished, linens, High speed Internet, Apple TV and local phone included. Oceanview Cottage Rental

This home has a spectacular view of the harbour! ➡️Very Important! If you are very tall! Ceilings are low! 6Ft high to the beams and 6.5Ft in between the beams. There is a stair walkway going down to the home. Parking is limited & is for one vehicle roadside next to the stair walkway. We are only a 10 minute walk from Brimstone Head Walking Trail and from the main area which has Restaurants, Clothing Store and Museums. ➡️We suggest arriving early for the ferry ➡️No smoking

It is surrounded by the ocean and beautiful barrens where you can often see caribou and other wildlife wandering about.
