All this, in a setting of azaleas, palms and 20 steps to pool with stores and restaurants just 2 blocks away. Please note there is only 1 parking space available for your stay.

This beautiful poolside unit in a quiet gated community, completely renovated in June 2019, is located just steps from the beautiful beach of Port Royal Sound. This first floor condo has a fully equipped kitchen with quartz counter tops, vinyl plank floors, all new appliances and is just a very short walk to the beach. The bathroom has quartz countertop and a tub & shower combo. You'll find two TVs (one with streaming options), washer/dryer, dishwasher and free WiFi in condo and on the resort.

The complex features tennis, pickleball, & basketball courts, a fitness center & fishing lagoons, charcoal & gas grills, a picnic area by the beach with lawn games & playground, a zero-entry children's pool, lap pool, tanning shelf and a hot tub.

Spacious pool (and a small one for young kids), nice lunch cafe/bar, and an ice cream kiosk!
