The living room is just off the kitchen, and off the other side of the kitchen is the dining room/game room, with a nice selection of games for the whole family. Outside you will find a spacious yard with plenty of room for outside games, as well as off-street parking. Located just a ten-minute walk from the numerous shops and activities of downtown Ripon.

The channel allows you to dock your boat at the property during your stay. It’s a large home with plenty of space with a newly renovated lower level, including a pool table, ping pong, darts and foosball. Smart TVs in all the right places. 4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms. Plenty of parking. Brand new queen size murphy bed.
