L'appartamento, recentemente ristrutturato, è situato al terzo piano nei pressi della Porta Marina. La posizione è ottimale per chi volesse visitare le bellezze di questa terra, tra le quali Piazza Duomo, Forte Aretusa, Piazza Archimede e percorrere lunghe passeggiate godendo dell'eccezionale vista sul mare della Marina. E' possibile inoltre raggiungere delle meravigliose zone balneari scegliendo tra una rilassante giornata in spiaggia o in uno dei numerosi solarium sul lungomare di Ortigia.

Appartamento, con terrazzo vista mare, di circa 150 m2 dotato di 2 cucine, 2 stanze da letto,1 salottino, 3 bagni, 1 salone panoramico di circa 60 m2. L'appartamento di assoluto pregio, all'interno di un palazzo dello stesso proprietario, è situato in pieno centro storico di Ortigia vicinissimo alla spiaggia libera di Cala Rossa ed a poche decine di metri da tutte le attrazioni di Ortigia. L' arredamento è in stile moderno ma con molti richiami alla sicilianità.

Casa formica si trova a 20 metri da Corso Vittorio Emanuele, proprio nel centro storico di Noto,ristrutturata da poco tempo puo' ospitare un massimo di 4 persone,vi sono due camere da letto ed un divano letto ,un bagno in comune, box doccia e lavabiancheria,angolo cottura con fornelli a gas e forno ,gli animali domestici sono ben accetti.
