We have a fenced patio and walking paths within the complex (plus several nearby dog parks). Kindly pick up pet waste and keep pets off furniture/carpeted areas.

Enjoy your stay at this farmhouse style 2 bed 2 bath condo! Extremely clean and well maintained, this space is conveniently located a few minutes from the downtown area, Central Plaza, and walking distance from Riverside's well known Mt. Rubidoux Hike; a 1-mile trek that gives a stunning view of the entire city. There is a park across the street that kids love which also has a nice walking path. This property is conveniently located only a 15-minute drive from Ontario Airport , 3 minutes from Highway 60, but the community is so quiet. The new kitchen and newly replaced double-layer thermal and sound insulation glass windows make the room quieter and comfier. A garage for two cars and a small backyard make your stay more at ease. The community has a public pool. There also have Stater Bros, In-N-Out, Target, and Ross around the condo. Those make travel very convenient.
