Giacomo villa

Villetta Giacomo is a beautiful independent house with swimming pool, whirlpool and a large veranda. Guests will always be welcomed with courtesy in a simple but well-kept environment. The main body of the house consists of a living room communicating with the kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds, two double bedrooms and two internal bathrooms + one external. The house is equipped with all household necessities. It is about 2 km from the "Santa Maria del Focallo" beach and 7 km from Pozzallo.

The villa is situated in a large lot with double entrances all on one level. It has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom with custom eat-in kitchen. Outside their is a front veranda with a large table perfect for morning breakfast facing beautiful palm trees and a small garden area. A much larger veranda in the back gives you plenty of space to relax, eat and drink while facing the brand new chic pool area. Perfect at night as well. This villa is the perfect getaway for a small family or a small group.

Alloggio semplice e confortevole in pieno centro storico , ad un minuto dal corso principale dove è possibile godere del barocco netino nonché della movida estiva. Nella casa sono presenti la cucina, il soggiorno, uno spazioso bagno ,una camera matrimoniale ed una cameretta. Infine, un grazioso terrazzino utile per relax o un ottimo aperitivo . Zona ben fornita sotto ogni punto di vista,tranquilla e silenziosa. Casa ottima per chi desidera godere di una vacanza rilassante.

Questa villa ben attrezzata secondo la tradizione siciliana si trova in una posizione tranquilla, circondata da un piccolo giardino ben curato con il profumo di limoni e pini e il canto degli uccelli locali. La casa dispone di tre camere da letto indipendenti, un soggiorno con divano e TV, una cucina e un bagno con doccia e bidet. All'esterno regna un'atmosfera rilassante: una terrazza coperta con zone pranzo, una zona barbecue e una doccia rinfrescante sotto un ulivo.

the accommodation is close to Late Baroque Towns of the Val di Noto, Vendicari Reserve - Wildlife Oasis Vendicari reserve and pantalica dell'anapo valley. You will like my accommodation for these reasons: the light and intimacy. My accommodation is suitable for couples and families (with children).
