Argentario: a picco sul mare/accesso stabilimento

Sebbene sia una casa di circa 140 mq vi sembrerà di vivere una vacanza su di una comoda barca , potrete cenare sulla bella terrazza con il sole che tramonta dietro l'isola del Giglio o dell'Isola d'Elba a seconda della stagione. Fantastica per una famiglia con 3 figli e magari i nonni e una persona di servizio. Con L affitto avrete accesso alla spiaggia privata raggiungibile in 5 minuti a piedi, la stessa dell Hotel della Torre di Calapiccola. Magnifica anche fuori stagione con il camino acceso.

"Mowita" a seaside flat with stunning sea view

At 10 mts from the beach, on the pedestrian seafront, “Mowita” flat has a stunning view on the sea. A little corner of paradise close to everything and at few steps from the sea... just relax and have the song of waves for lullaby! Free parking spots at 1 min walking, train station at 5 min walk (direct shuttle to the cruise ships) and the port at 10 min walk. Restaurants and bars are just downstairs but if you like something really special, try our Cooking Class or our Italian Family Dinner !

Delizioso attico con grande terrazzo vista mare

Attico composto da: ampio soggiorno con cucina a vista, un comodo divano-letto ad L. La cucina è completamente attrezzata, in piú è dotata di lavastoviglie e macchina del caffè. Camera da letto con porta-finestra vista mare, un grande armadio e un letto matrimoniale. Meraviglioso terrazzo di 50 metri quadrati con vista sul mare e barbecue, una casetta-ripostiglio con lavatrice. L' attico è situato a 80 metri dal mare, con accesso in spiaggia, e a dieci minuti da porto e stazione.

Beachfront cottage incredible view dogs welcome

Monte Argentario- authentic, real-Tuscany's well kept secret. Upper floor of villa with a balcony, with a table on and an amazing view of the sea. We love our home because it's light, cosy, breezy, relaxing. All newly renovated :) Literally 10 paces from the beach, there is a road so expect some road noise! Parking available outside our gate. Private outdoor space to celebrate together with seating for 10 around marble table, grill, hammock and extra large outdoor sofa.

Graziosa villetta con vista mozzafiato sulle isole dell'arcipelago toscano, all’interno del parco di una villa privata. L'alloggio con AC è composto da soggiorno con angolo cottura, camera da letto matrimoniale e spazioso bagno con doccia. All'interno del parco la villetta affaccia su un giardino di 60 mq, riservato agli ospiti, dotato di tavolo, sedie, ombrellone, sdraio. A pochi minuti di auto, gli ospiti possono usufruire dell’accesso al mare in stabilimento balneare privato.

La Casa al Mare, a Cavo d'Elba

L'appartamento puo' ospitare fino a 6 persone, e' composto da open space con terrazza affacciata sul lungomare, due camere e due bagni, si trova al primo piano e ha un ingresso indipendente. Costruito circa un secolo fa come dependance del vicino "castello" e per questo chiamato "Casa al mare". La ristrutturazione e l'arredamento sono stati ultimati ad agosto 2021 e hanno puntato su piacevolezza, comodita', semplicita' d'uso, risparmio energetico e sostenibilita' ambientale

Sea view apartment

HomyHome is a nice studio flat on the 13th floor facing the sea. Open space composed of a double bedroom, small living room with sofa bed, bathroom, kitchen and a 120 m2 terrace with a splendid view of the sea and the city. It is located a few steps from the railway station and is about 300 meters from the port. The apartment is not accessible to people with mobility difficulties, the building has a lift up to the 12th floor, the 13th floor is accessible only by stairs.
