Huisjes in Forest

Wow! I enjoyed its hidden location and the amenities. A real gem. This is a very nice place just to sit back and relax. It has it all. I stayed for 12 days with my wife, son, and daughter-in-law and there was more than enough space. The kitchen and kitchen table areas are bright and inviting. The living room is laid back, not as bright, and very relaxing. And the coffee maker is awesome. I enjoyed every morning making a phenomenal cup of coffee, looking out into the yard, while Juliette the cat greets me looking for her breakfast. So cool. Bravo!

Wir verbrachten zu zweit 4 Nächte in diesem wunderschönen Cottage in Bornem. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich und genau wie auf den Bildern zu sehen und im Inserat beschrieben. Insbesondere die Küche war ausgesprochen gut ausgestattet. Das habe ich in einer Ferienunterkunft selten so gesehen. Hier gab es neben Küchenutensilien jeglicher Art auch ein Tiefkühlfach und eine Mikrowelle. Hervorzuheben ist auch die tolle Alleinlage inmitten der Natur. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht und einfach mal Abschalten möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Der Whirlpool mit Blick auf den See erledigt dann das Übrige. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen und kommen ganz bestimmt nochmal wieder.

I had a lovely stay, with a place to store my bicycle! Yves is very friendly and has really interesting stories to share, but also gives you all the space to do your own thing. Thanks and hopefully meet you again!

很漂亮的房子，设施很齐全，为孩子们准备了玩具和礼物还有糖果，很贴心，这个地段比较适合开车自驾的朋友入住。旁边就是一个城堡。在安逸漂亮的小镇上。

We stayed only one night, but it was great. The place is very well situated in a calm area just next to the river. The only thing to think about if you are staying a long time is that the fridge is quite small and there is no freezer. But there is a huge supermarket very close, so you could probably just buy the things you need day by day.

We stayed in this beautiful cottage for 1 night with our daughter and had such an amazing experience. Hosts are extremely welcoming and lovely - providing everything you need in the cottage and also communicating with us before we arrived so everything was perfect and easy for us to check in. And also the hosts gave us recommendations for food and things to do - which we done and had an amazing time! The cottage is beautiful and homely. The beds are comfortable - we all had a great nights sleep, the shower/water is amazing and you have plenty to do in the living room area - watch tv, play games or just relax. Also the kitchen has everything you need if you plan to cook. The garden area is amazing and peaceful, our daughter just loved running around especially with the hosts lovely friendly dog :) By far one of the nicest/best places we have stayed and would definitely want to come back for a longer stay :)!

Wonderful stay at Isabelle’s place, right on the cobblestones of the Muur! Great location from which to bicycle around Flanders. Bakery and restaurants within walking distance. And beautiful surroundings for quiet walks too!

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad bij Dominique op een mooie plek. We werden heel hartelijk ontvangen en Dominique is een warme gastvrouw. Het is een mooi verblijf, vooral de bovenverdieping met 2 ruime kamers en mooie authentieke elementen. Beneden is het knus en was er genoeg ruimte voor 4 personen (2 kids 12 en 7 jaar). Door het mooie weer hebben we iedere dag gebruik kunnen maken van het mooie ruime zwembad in de grote omliggende tuin. De kinderen hebben enorm genoten. Ook was de basket aan de gevel van het huis een leuke activiteit waar de kinderen veel gebruik van hebben gemaakt. Al met al was het voor ons een fantastische week waar we heerlijk tot rust zijn gekomen. Wij raden deze accommodatie dan ook ten zeerste aan. Dominique bedankt voor de gastvrijheid!

Sympathieke gastvrouw die ons hartelijk ontving. Zeer sfeervol huis met fraai uitzicht en grote tuin. Ideaal voor een retraite.

Great Location, Cosy Cottage, Friendly Helpful Host! My partner and I stayed 4 weeks at the cottage, which provided the perfect base for our cycling and walking adventures. Great location, close to beautiful forests which are fantastic for walking and so many great cycling routes. Located close by is an excellent CRU market as well as a supermarket, chemist, Italian deli, and an excellent coffee shop! The cottage is nicely set up and very comfortable. On wet days or on days we just wanted to relax, the cottage was cosy with a lovely outlook across green space. Located off the main road on a quiet lane, it is a peaceful spot. Public transport is nearby if you want to go into Brussels. Veronique is a friendly and very helpful host. She answered my constant questions before we arrived as well as during our stay. Highly recommend the cottage for a holiday, particular for outdoor people. We hardly scratched the surface and have decided we must return. Thanks for a wonderful stay, Veronique!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Ingrid und ihr Mann sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch Pitch war durchaus liebenswert. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und sehr gemütlich. :)

Ann‘s husband Emanuel and their daughter gave us a very warm welcome. The house is very nice and quiet with a terrace and garden and safe to park the car in front of the house. Supermarket is within walking distance. We got a lot of recommendations from Emanuel what to explore in the region. The location is ideal to visit the main touristic spots in Belgium: Brügge, Ostende, Brussels, Gent, Antwerpen and not to forget Waterloo. I can really recommend the house of Ann to families. Thanks!

Grande maison charmante, on se sent très vite chez soi. Très bien équipée, environnement paisible avec grand jardin agréable. Très bien aménagée autant pour les adultes que pour les enfants. Bien située à l'entrée de l'autoroute vers Gand, Anvers, Bruxelles et Bruges que nous avons visités. Instructions très claires. Bref tout parfait pour des vacances en famille.
