We know the area and were returning for a family weekend - everything perfect. Apartment kitted out with everything (and more) that we needed. Perfect location for our family weekend but would be perfect base to stay to explore the area locally or to Liverpool, Chester and North Wales

We’ve had a lovely Easter break in this beautiful apartment. Gorgeous apartment, has all the amenities you need, super clean, and close to all local attractions. Dale is very attentive and helpful too !

The flat was gorgeous, lush soft carpets, warm, bright, gorgeous decor and interesting books to peruse. Jane really has her eye in with hospitality and there were cookies and tea, a whole bottle of proper milk and orange juice. Lots of lovely touches that made it feel like a home from home. The location is quiet overlooking the Mersey river, which is tidal and turns into a beach in the morning! Its a short walk to the ferry over to Liverpool (if its running) or bus to train /taxi ride over to all the attractions. I would highly recommend this apartment and we enjoyed the quiet away from the city too. Thank you Jane!

Pauline’s place is in the perfect location next to the North Pier with beautiful views of the sea and the most amazing sunsets. We worried about the noise after reading some reviews but the noise from the bars downstairs wasn’t too bad and certainly didn’t disturb our sleep or disturb us when we were watching tv. The apartment was spotless, had everything you needed and we would definitely stay again if we ever return to Blackpool.

Kara’s place was lovely and we very much enjoyed our stay. -Parking was easy to find along with the lockbox key. -Kitchen was spotless. -Bedroom and bathroom was lovely and clean. -The flat was near some local pubs and restaurants within walking distance which is a lovely option to have. Overall the flat was a lovely experience and we very much enjoyed our time there. Thank you Kara

We stayed at Blackpool rocks for a few days and loved it! Easily walkable into the pleasure beach etc but taxis home are v reasonable when little legs are tired! Joanne and Daniel were really accommodating, lovely and friendly and really made us feel welcome, will be back next year and so happy to have found a lovely place to stay for our annual trip to Blackpool! X

Such a beautiful and spacious modern apartment. The apartment was very well equipped for our family of 5 with a very large balcony space for us all to enjoy. Tv in the living area and in the bedroom which was perfect for our kids when relaxing back in the apartment. Location was perfect for our stay, Right on the beach and within walking distance to pleasure beach, piers, tower and town centre. Added bonus with the Tram stops being right outside the apartment which was very reasonably priced, can jump on and off all day until 1am. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to return.

The absolute most beautiful home! The house was exquisite, the fews were insane and walking distance to the breck! Amazing. I will definitely be staying here again

A lovely place to spend Easter with my family consisting of three generations. Four adults, 2 kids (aged 6 & 2) and two dogs. The house was as described and clean on arrival. Very close to the beach (max 5 minute walk) and the coastal path was safe to let the dogs run off their leads. Had a fab time at Farmer Parr's petting farm which was approx a 10 minute drive away. Sunday was good weather so a long beach walk was enjoyed by the "elders" whilst the young ones had a play day on the beach. The kitchen had everything you need to cook up a storm including a full on Easter dinner. Would we return? If we want to re-visit Fleetwood then yes, but we like to try different places. This place ticked all the boxes for my lovely family break :-) Thank you Jaqui.

A group of us stayed for a hen do and the house was perfect plenty of beds, bathrooms and space to socialise the weather was good and the garden had plenty of seating to enjoy the sun! The house is very well equipped with little extras like cocktail shakers, afternoon tea stands, games cupboard, books all the little details that make a stay like a home from home and perfect for hosting celebrations or equally family getaways. Easy access to Liverpool but we also thoroughly enjoyed a meal at the local so salsa tapas bar and a trip to the bus yard on the beach at Crosby marina if you don’t want to go into the city centre. Thank-you Catherine and Claire for being perfect hosts we would recommend your air b n b to anyone !

We absolutely loved staying at Lindsey’s place. Everything was so thoughtfully arranged and so homey. We travelled with our 1 year old daughter and honestly it was a dream. There was a high chair, toys to play with, books to read. An enclosed garden with a swing and a slide (a thrilling favourite). Little details like soft carpet on the stairs and around the patio doors and a back door that could be opened at the top but not the bottom so we could get some air but contain the toddler. Everything was spotlessly clean and everything we needed was provided and easy to find. We would stay again in a heartbeat! Thanks Lindsey!

Jane’s place was great for us- near to shops, walkable distance to the windmill and water. Very friendly locals. House had everything we needed and facilities were good.

Wow what can I say , not enough stars to rate this beautiful house . The view alone is spectacular, the house is fabulous , a lovely welcome pack plus the house is immaculate. So handy for all amenities and lovely walks along the promenade. I cannot recommend this house enough , I cannot imagine anybody not enjoying their stay there . Thank you Gill for your communications and for allowing us to stay . I am sure my family will want to stay again .

The Lodge is a large family house containing everything you could want for a family stay. Spare bedding, cleaning materials, board games, books, DVDs, a huge TV and a giant teddy! Driveway and on street parking, and a quiet neighbourhood. It is an easy walk to the prom and you can buy a tram pass for unlimited travel up and down the length of the prom from Starr Gate to Fleetwood. We had a lovely stay and Kerry was very helpful.

We loved Janet’s apartment! It is beautifully appointed with everything you could need, spotlessly clean and very welcoming. We also appreciated the cereals, local chocolate and the bottle of prosecco left out for us! The apartment is in a fantastic location, a minute's walk from the Marine Lake and promenade, and also from the main street with a wide range of cafés and restaurants. A great base for visiting the many sights on the Wirral! Thanks for your hospitality, Janet!

Lovely little flat with just all the basics for a short stay. Walking distance to plenty of shops and nice restaurants. Only stayed for one night but was perfect for what I wanted (shower eat sleep and head home the next day) easy to find and very clear instructions from host and clear instructions inside regarding bins WiFi ect. Had a small issue with the shower draining but other than that no complaints. Handy little yard form my dog through a door in the bedroom.

Hoylake is so beautiful. Clare's house is spacious and comfortable and the apartment is very comfortable and well-appointed. The nearby beaches and walks are stunning. We had a wonderful stay.

Lovely home from home, very comfy bed and spotlessly clean home for the weekend. Easy to find in a quite safe road with off road parking and private entrance. Great find and will visit again.

We booked Lynn's flat for when my parents visited for my daughter's birthday. It's fantastically located and really well kitted out. My parents loved the nice touches like the teas and biscuits. They felt right at home. Thanks.

The apartment was a great base for our one night, and I think it’ll be fine for two to three days too. If there are five staying it could be tight for space in the lounge area, so not the best if you need to spend a lot of time inside, but if it’s just to sleep it’ll be fine.

From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the breathtaking views of the sea and the tower from the charming Juliette balcony that embraced the property. Nestled in a wonderfully quiet area next to the Gynn Roundabout, it offers a serene retreat from the hustle and bustle, yet it's only a 20-minute stroll to the central pier. The amenities are outstanding! With a projector for cosy movie nights, a nest controller for central heating, and a warm log burner, you’ll find everything you need to unwind and truly embrace your stay. The ensuite bathroom and additional toilet enhance the convenience, ensuring comfort for everyone in your group. One of the standout features is how spotless everything is; it’s clear that the host takes immense pride in maintaining this beautiful property. From the moment you step in, it feels inviting and fresh. I was also amazed by the tranquillity at night. I would 100% stay here again.
