Please don’t try to sneak in your dogs, without telling us. We have new protocols in place to help keep everyone safe. Cozy Casa is located in the redwoods of Mendocino County. It is a brand new split level apartment with 2 rooms upstairs and one downstairs in the garage. The garage space doubles for a second living room and has an outdoor bathhouse around the back of the home. The top space has a beautiful view of Jackson State Forest and is five minutes away from our beautiful coast. There is one complete bathroom upstairs and an outdoor bathhouse with the same view of the forest.

The property location is situated close to the town of Mendocino, approximately 4 miles directly east of town. It is a separate guesthouse from the main farmhouse. There are numerous trees surrounding the cottage, providing privacy. The views are of open meadow, forest and apple orchard.
