You’ll find all the comforts of home at Granny’s little house. A full kitchen to prepare meals if you choose and a comfy couch to relax and read a book or sit back and watch tv. The a/c is nice and cold and the queen size bed very comfortable. A roomy bathroom to take a shower or long bath. Easily accessible and just 2 minutes off of the interstate. Landry’s Vinyard, Antique Ally, Duck Commander Tour and several restaurants and shopping are just 5-15 minutes away. A Kurig with coffee & tea.

Peaceful Getaway

Peaceful Getaway in the country, 15 min from Winnsboro. Right off main hwy, 3 minutes to grocery store, 20 minutes to Walmart. In between Monroe, LA & Natchez, MS - both cities one hour away. Great to visit them & come back to a tranquil setting away from the city noise. 20 minutes from fishing! Apartment is attached to our home. It has private entrance. There is WI-FI and Smart TV, no cable. We provide kitchen so you can make your own breakfast. Guests can remain completely secluded or visit!

There’s restaurants right across the street. 10 minutes down the road is a golf course. 3 miles up the road is the river with scenic walking trails.

It is a safe, comfortable place for those attending events at West Ouachita, West Monroe, ULM, and LA Tech. It is perfect for groups of 6 adults or less, with several children. A cot is also available for a fifth person and a portable crib for your baby. This recently renovated house has everything that you need including WIFI and Roku TV.
