Our central location between the lakes provides quests easy access to everything the Adirondacks have to offer. We are 1 mile from the boat launch in Lake George and 3 miles from the boat launch on Lake Champlain and historic Fort Ticonderoga. The town beach on Lake George is within 3 miles. Hiking in both NY and VT. Main street Ticonderoga is just 1/2 mile away. 18 hole golf is within 3 miles.

La Bella Loona - A beautiful 1 bd cottage located directly on Schroon lake. Amazing mountain and lake views from every window. 50' of direct water access with small sandy beach, outdoor firepit and grill, and multiple hang out spots. The cottage is newly built and furnished, has an indoor fireplace, central AC, fully stocked kitchen, and screened in room overlooking the lake. There are 2 kayaks available for use. Be assured everything is provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

A five minute drive to Lake George and Lake Champlain boat launches as well as the Tiroga Beach. Seven minutes from the Lord Howe Valley wedding venue. It's a unique and welcoming home that has a lot to offer no matter the season.
