With off street parking and only a 5 minute walk to the station this is a large two bedroom home with a newly fitted kitchen perfect for entertaining and creating memories. The harbour, beach, and High Street are all within 5 minutes walking distance. There's a new modern bathroom with a huge bath that you can lie back in and watch the stars. The master bedroom has a king size bed and en suite toilet.

A beautiful modern two bedroom house located in a private mews in Birchington-On-Sea with dedicated parking close to the stunning Minnis Bay with it's expansive beach and access to the Viking Coastal Trail for walks to Reculver Towers and Roman Fort. HOPE COTTAGE - contemporary and comfortable

Hope Cottage was fully renovated to a high standard by the current owner. It has a fully open plan living dining kitchen area opening out on to a south facing garden and is within a 2 minute walk from Harbour Streets stylish shops and bars and close to the Beach. The house sleeps 5 comfortably, but the bed in front room does fold out to a double, but there is not much space left in room.

Beautiful spacious cottage home with wood burner

Immaculately presented is this three double bedroom cottage with original parts dating back to the 1600's. Guests will welcome the original features, the homely feel and the high quality of the fixtures and fittings. Outside there is a well kept, large sunny patio with gas BBQ and sufficient dining seating for all guests. Parking for multiple cars.
