Timber Haven Chalet

Timber Haven Chalet is a private secluded getaway for family and friends located 4 miles from downtown Lake Placid. Recent renovations of the entire home have made this a wonderful vacation spot. The location is perfect for hikers, cross-country skiers, and minutes from all Olympic venues. The main living area has hardwood floors, vaulted ceiling, a gas fireplace upstairs, TV, and a fully equipped eat-in kitchen. Double slider doors open up to the rustic large deck which boasts a fantastic view of Whiteface Mountain in winter, table with fire feature and a Weber gas grill. There are 2 bedrooms on this level with queen sized beds, dresser, and a custom built cedar lined closet armoire in each bedroom. There is a full bath on this level (updated 2024). The lower level includes a gas fireplace and a Queen Bed with a Roku TV, a full bathroom with tiled shower ans soaking tub (renovated 2024). French Doors on the lower level exit to the backyard. There is a brick patio under the deck which looks out to the backyard firepit. The property has a short pathway leading to the Jackrabbit Trail for winter cross-country skiing and connects to the Craigwood Golf Course. The home is on a 2 acre wooded lot. 4 miles from Downtown Lake Placid 1.9 miles to the Olympic Ski Jumping Complex .4 miles to the Adirondack LOJ Road and excellent high peak hiking 16 miles to Whiteface Mountain Ski Center 2.8 miles to the Mt. Van Hovenberg Olympic Sports Complex Located on the Ironman bike route. Special Rate for Ironman $3000.00/week

Cabin 1 - Unit 2 at Blue Mountain Rest

We are pet friendly but there are pooch fees and a pet policy. Please go to "additional" House Rules. Unit 2 is only one of 4 cabins on this property. We have other listings in case this one is not available. BM Rest in the center of the Adirondack Mts in NY State. We are open year round, spring, summer, winter & fall. Adirondacks Garnet Hill: pristine lake, privacy

Winter: Park at ski shop. Ski in/out cabin is ON the trail system. Private, cozy, fully equipped cabin at Garnet Hill in the ADK forest. Gas fireplace, grill and screened in porch. Steps from hiking trailheads. Access (not lakefront) to protected 13th Lake with sandy beach. Two one-seat kayaks come with the rental. Mountain biking (cabin is on the trails), white water rafting, and tubing nearby. Please note: this is a NOT a hotel/condo or business Airbnb. it has been in our family for 30 years!

YOU MUST BE 25 YEARS OLD TO BOOK This Adirondack style riverfront home has 3 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths and an indoor hot tub for two in the master bath . Outside your door are magical views of the river and mountains. You can relax, fish, hike, bike, swim, tube, kayak, ski, snow shoe, and more! We are located on a quiet dead end road where you can walk or bike for miles along the river. There are also two nearby lakes with beaches and boat rentals. We are close to ski resorts and shops too!

This is the place for a wonderful, relaxing retreat. You’ll be pleasantly surprised when you open the door to your stay. It’s beautiful Adirondack decor is very welcoming and you will be very impressed with the sparkling cleanliness of this stay. Relax and enjoy all the comforts of home with WIFI, ATT and Verizon cell service. We have a full house generator, mini split for air conditioning, deck area, a grill, and an area with a fire pit all with the river and mountain view’s. Boat parking!

WiFi, AC. Smart TV. Wood burning Fireplace. Inground Pool shared by 5 other cabins. Private Firepit. Close to all activities. Setting special and serene. 20 minutes to Lake George. Just 5 miles to a sandy beach at loon lake. Minutes to whitewater rafting. 5 minutes to Skiing at Gore Mountain. Enjoy our swimming pool and some fishing at our Mill Creek. Horseback riding, hiking and other outdoor activities are just minutes from us. One time Pet fee $75 per pet must be paid at time of booking.

Adirondack Chalet

A wonderful and peaceful Chalet at the foot of Gore Mountain with a private inground pool and wireless internet. Just a 25 minute to Lake George and only minutes from other Lakes such as Thirteenth Lake in North River and Minerva Lake. White water rafting is just a few minutes from us and the sweet hamlet of North Creek with its great restaurants, bars, Supermarket, liquor store, antique shops and pharmacy is a mile away. AUTHENTIC ADIRONDACK BIRD CAMP

Lovingly restored and privately located, this historic cabin offers beautiful mountain views. Nearby attractions include RevRail for rail biking, white water rafting on the Hudson River, Gore Mt and Garnet Hill for skiing and pristine 13th Lake. Elsewhere on property: wood fired pizza in summer, an on site bakery and cedar hot tub in a Japanese temple. We have four glamping tents and several additional cabins.
