We had a great stay. The space was perfect for us (5 adults, 2 kids, and 2 dogs). Cyndee had everything we needed for our group. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed for cooking, including a waffle maker which was amazing!! The rooms were comfortable. The outdoor space was fenced. The neighborhood was nice. Overall, we were all happy with the accommodations and would stay again if back in the area.

We are so grateful for this house 💜 we stayed here for a week and a half during a family crisis in Richland, and we were so very grateful to have this cute little house as an oasis, a peaceful place in this storm. I loved the WINDOWS - so much light and fresh air in the bedrooms 😍 Thank you so much 🙏🏻

Rosemary is a great host. The place is impeccable and she has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. Lots of reading choices. Lots of snacks and other goodies for you! This room is a great value, I will go back and you should consider it too.

We loved this place so much! It has such a cozy vintage vibe—like visiting grandma in all the best ways! The rooms and beds are so comfy, and the family enjoyed playing some of the games available there. We appreciated the small details liked the fact that all the switches were labeled so we didn’t have to guess. The neighborhood is lovely too! Wish we could have stayed longer!

This house was perfect for our family. We were close to relative's we were visiting. It's easy to walk the neighborhoods and to walk down to the river. There was plenty of parking and it was easy to get into. The space was perfect for our families to make breakfast together and everyone had plenty of room to spread out and come together when needed.

My first time in Washington st. The place was nice, the front door needed weather stripping, because there was gaps that let air in all around. otherwise it was a great place to stay.

Definitely a good deal if your looking for a bed for 1 person, there are notably no close hotels in West Richland so this was a very good time saver for me visiting relatives nearby.

The hosts was great was very fast at responding I like how the rooms also had locks on them didn’t have to worry about my things gas station restaurants was pretty close had a couple of issues at the beginning but the host took care of those right away would stay again

If you need a place to stay in Pasco, this place was more than adequate. I had to travel with a few people for work and found the Airbnb clean and well furnished for us to comfortably stay there. Only real complaint is the front bedroom is noticeably colder than the rest of the interior.

Immaculate place. Our family had a great time with lots of room to play. I recommend staying here if you have a more prominent family. Great hosts and response time is extremely fast. Very friendly. All around 10/10. Quiet neighborhood, easy to find, fenced backyard with plenty of room for kids to play. Very clean and tidy. We absolutely enjoyed our short vacation here.

Very nice peaceful and quiet home. Tori was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. The backyard is fenced in leading to a very private stay in a neighborhood. The front yard is on a busy street but when you enter the home it all disappears. The interior is absolutely beautiful and well put together. We will definitely try to book again when we drive through the Tri Cities.
