Marks place is a delight in the heart of winchester, we're happy having been lucky enough to have it available at the dates we needed. It's a few walking minutes from the Old town center of winchester. The place is lovely and has all you'll need even for a few weeks stay. A private parking on top of that is just so nice to have. We'll definitely check in again the next time we're in winchester.

We enjoyed our stay very much as the accommodations were clean, quaint, and a perfect location for walking to local restaurants and shops. Avery was a great host with quick communication. We would highly recommend a stay here. We will surely be back!

The house has a fantastic layout and an incredible deck for enjoying the beautiful surroundings! So many birds singing, frogs calling at night, and a couple of turtles in the yard. Plenty of space for our dogs to run around. It was a great balance between a peaceful stay in the woods and still close enough to enjoy Berkeley Springs and Cacapon.

We had a group get together here at John’s cabin and it was really perfect. The house is spacious with enough space for us all to feel comfortable. Our kids enjoyed the outdoor space, and playing in the creek. The kitchen was well stocked making it easy for us to make meals while we stayed. Location is close to Capacon and Berkeley Springs parks making day trips to either very easy. Host was very quick to reply to me when I had a question. We will definitely look to stay here for future get together!

Convenient and spacious. This older building has been slightly remodeled. It had everything we need and the host was very responsive when we had a request.

My nieces and I had such a relaxing time at Julie's house! The place was super comfy and welcoming—perfect for lounging around and spending quality time together. Everything was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully set up, which made it really easy to feel at home. The location was great, we were able to find a local pizza place, diner and even a tea room. We will definitely be back!

Chantal was so very nice and let us check in early for my daughter’s pre-wedding weekend. She left her a bottle of wine and a bunch of goodies and even left a little note for her. It was absolutely perfect and she was the best hostess! Responded quickly anytime I asked a question and gave us very clear instructions on how to get there. Would definitely stay here again for a quiet peaceful weekend getaway. Recommend 10/10 for sure!

maries place is a charm. spotless, nice decor, updated floors and kitchen. Located in a beautiful, tucked away area. Very peaceful and quiet. More house than I needed, but was mot dissappointed

Great stay! Beautiful property. Private trails right on the property…huge bonus. The Mountain View trail that leads to the top is fun. Great place to get out in nature and not have to drive. Hot tub was clean and perfect for the cool nights. Ken is responsive and instructions for his house are clear. Fantastic getaway.
