We stayed here for quite a while. The place is very much suited for that. It has everything you might need for an extended stay. It's very clean and perfectly maintained. You'll notice immediately that they really care about the house and the guests. We didn't want for anything. Wayne and Sherry are great hosts, they are very helpful and always quick to respond to questions. And they give a lot of helpful tips as well!

Everything was amazing and tailored right to our needs, beautiful bedrooms and living space.

Myself and my wife from Dublin, Ireland along with our adult daughter living in Melbourne , Australia spent 3 nights in Rob's cottage beside a lake in Lakeville Corner, New Brunswick, Canada. The cottage and surrounding area were exactly as described by Rob in his listing and for us it was the perfect location as we availed of the 2 kayaks provided via the property frontage straight onto the water. We also availed of the 2 bikes which we used along with a further bike hired in Fredericton( an easy 30 min drive away from Rob's cottage)on that town's network of off-road cycletracks alongside and near the St John's River. We also took a car ride to Fundy National Park visiting Alma and several stop off points for hikes etc. Rob's communication was excellent in all respects. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we would highly recommend Rob's cottage in all respects including in terms of location, cleanliness and facilties provided.

You are such a blessing! We can’t thank you  enough for that amazing generosity. You have such a lovely home and you're such a wonderful host!  We had such a good time . You made us feel completely at home .

Lindsay is a great host, very responsive and friendly. The place is beautiful and looks exactly like the photos! The hot tub was the highlight for us and the view looked beautiful as well!

Very cosy place, everything we needed was there. Host had the wood stove going for us on arrival and made sure we had lots of fire wood during our stay. Highly recommended place to stay.

Debra's place was the prefect spot for our stay in Fredericton! The free off street parking let us really take advantage of the central location and walkability of the city. The listing doesn't do the space justice as it is even more welcoming in person! with little touches like cold beverages in the fridge and enough coffe for the weekend! The king size bed and pile of pillows was delightful and provided the most restful sleep at the end of a long day. Bonus points for the jumbo beach towel to wrap up in after enjoying the splendid walk in shower with the rain fall shower head!

We were excited to visit East Coast for the first time and we extremely happy we chose to stay at The Cozy. From the moment we opened the door we knew we had found the perfect spot for us. Everything about the property was exactly as advertised and exceeded our expectations. Having the cafe downstairs was a treat as it made breakfast fast and enjoyable. Such a beautiful place to stay. Extremely clean and very spacious. Centrally located and easy to get around this town. They were great to communicate and i will be staying with them again.

The apartment is very well located. Walking distance to downtown and local running/biking trails. Communication with Betty was really easy. She messaged me before my arrival and left me the keys available for me to just come in once I was there. The apartment itself is very comfortable. Kitchen had everything I needed, and I'd be quite glad to stay at Betty's apartment when I come back to Fredericton.

Great stay in Fredericton!

My first choice and favourite place to stay in Fredericton! The unit is as described and incredibly comfortable. Smooth check in/out, and communication was easy.

We had a wonderful stay at Amy’s place! The book nook was our favourite spot to relax, but the space had a super cozy couch as well. Overall the loft was very cozy, bright, and spacious. Lots of great books to browse as well. It’s the perfect location to walk around downtown Fredericton and admire all the beautiful architecture. Conveniently located across from Charlotte Street Arts Centre and Milda’s pizza. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
