Terrace Sea View in the Town Center Design and Art

Step into a home where the minimalist decor is elevated by designer lighting, vintage furnishings, and contemporary art adorning the walls. The apartment is on a top floor 1880 building, NO ELEVATOR (travel light), the location is on the centre of Siracusa (5 min walk from Ortigia and the other amenities of the town) bars restaurants and small and big supermarkets are walking distance (maximum 5 min) . There's one bed room (ask if you need a baby bed) with a double queen size bed. One spacious bathroom and a kitchen. A full furnished apartment with everything you need, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine dishes. The terrace has a unique view, perfect for dinners and an aperitivo at sunset. Over looking on the small bay the east view and the west view overlooking on the mountains, if you're lucky you'll be able to see the Volcano Etna. I use to live on the same floor, in another apartment at the next door Archeological park is 10 min walk, the bus station and train station are 5 min walk, beach and historical sites in less then 10 min walk.

Casa Vacanze Occhi sul Mare, dotata di WI-FI, composta da una accogliente cucina/soggiorno, una camera da letto, WC con doccia ed un grande balcone che guarda l'incantevole Isola di Ortigia ed il porticciolo Santa Lucia, è arredata e curata in ogni minimo particolare. É attivo il "self Chek In", ma preferisco sempre accogliere i miei ospiti personalmente!!! Al vostro arrivo troverete un ambiente perfettamente igienizzato, un dispenser con gel igenizzante e detergente igenizzante per superfici.

Welcome! Agave is a lovely apartment, furnished with care. It consists of kitchen/leaving with TV, bedroom (both air-conditioned) and bathroom on the ground floor. The attic, used as a reading and relaxation area, provides access to the terrace. We are in the Santa Lucia neighborhood, just minutes from Ortigia, Arch. Park of Neapolis, Arch. Reg. Museum "Paolo Orsi," Sanctuary of "Madonna delle Lacrime" and Hospital "Umberto I." The area is well served and close to highway entrances. Free Wifi.
