Had a great stay for a couple nights! Apartment was plenty spacious, clean, and had a great cafe a 2 min walk away

Very accommodating host and great location. Was a perfect place to stay for our hiking trip in the White Mountains.

This is such a serene place! Unfortunately, it rained the weekend of our stay, so we weren’t able to fully enjoy the river or the beautiful deck overlooking it. Regardless, it was a wonderful stay. Valerie’s place was spotless, comfortable, and stocked with almost everything you could need in the kitchen—and then some. There is a regular coffee pot (not a Keurig), so if you prefer specific coffee pods, you may want to bring your own. Valerie did have coffee and sugar available for guests. While the ice maker wasn’t working during our stay, Valerie kindly provided a full container of ice in the freezer, along with bottled water in the fridge, which was much appreciated. The TV is not a smart TV, so we weren’t able to stream Netflix or similar apps, and the available channels were limited. Normally, we don’t watch much TV on vacation, but the rainy weekend made us take notice. All in all, it truly is a very cute, clean and cozy place to stay. We would very much recommend it. Great place to stay if you're looking to ski the whites. Reasonable price, very accommodating host. Stayed here with 3 friends and a dog, it did get a little crowded but it was still a good spot to relax after long days on skis.

What a wonderful, charming and beautiful place to stay. We loved being able to relax during the day as well and the town was lovely with everything in walking distance including trails right outside the door. A favorite!

I had just left an Airbnb that was deplorable . Tony and Sonja ‘s place was just like going home . Felt very comfortable as a single woman having the space attach to their home. However felt very at ease when it came to privacy . The unit was immaculate. They could not have been more accommodating and kind . Highly recommend!

Our trip up from Rochester NH to enjoy the tribute band for Neil Diamond at Colonial Theatre was a better experience because we stayed at Christine’s! We had made this reservation months in advance so as to not have to drive home late. Walking distance to theatre and restaurants! There was early check-in (much different than other’s, here was 1:00), a beautiful screened in porch (too cold to use it, which was fine because the room that the porch is off of is the cozy TV room. There is an easy to navigate remote (increasingly rare to have a TV in Airbnb’s never mind one that is easily operated!)) Bedroom with plush wall to wall carpeting and thick curtains for darkness Bed was very comfortable; super soft linens, lots of extra blankets and anything else needed! We slept really well. Breakfast as DejaVu was exceptional. We would not want to stay elsewhere when visiting Laconia! Christina is a rock star

Scott's place was perfect for our small family's ski trip! It was exactly as pictured, had everything we needed for our stay, and was so close to Sunday River (~10 minutes) and right down the road from restaurants in Bethel Village. We would love to stay again on our next ski trip!

It was amazing! The house was perfect for our family, we have 3 kids and we all felt at home. Also very pet friendly! Allison was very nice and responsive and the neighborhood was very peaceful. I would recommend with no hesitation!!

Our stay was more than great! Description of the property and cleanliness as well as amenities do not do it justice! Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking in the area. Would stay here again without a doubt!

River House is the idyllic picture of hosting as an art form. Upon arrival the property is breathtakingly peaceful, the fields gently guiding you to a quaint coastal home. Inside the home is beautifully curated with antiques and decorated for optimum relaxation. Soaking up the sunshine on the property was our favorite way to spend the day, meandering down to the water, relaxing on the porch with a cup of coffee or glass of wine. If venturing out, it's a quick drive to charming Kennebunkport or even up to Portland to explore. For a quick breakfast or lunch it's an easy walk to the corner store (The Landing Store). Maine is lovely in every season, however, watching the trees and flowers blossom, the bird songs grow stronger and feeling the increasing warmth of the sun at River House was pure magic! Lisa and Mikey are sharing a place on earth that is so special and were premier hosts during our stay!

Rob and Nate’s place is excellent. We had a great stay. Rob and Nate are very communicative and provide clear instructions - we also appreciated the recommendations in their house manual. The apartment itself is very nice and looks as the photos show, and the backyard/garden was even nicer than pictured. We had a great stay and recommend it to all.

Or stay exceeded or expectations. We rented the place for my 60th birthday with seven other women! Everything was top notch, very clean, very comfortable very cozy. Everything we needed to cook was available the beds we are very comfortable. The bathrooms were clean organized. We could not have asked for anything more. This was one of the most organized, clean places easy accessible to town. Kennebunkport is stunning. I will definitely rent this place again. Thank you so much Tim for your kind hospitality and all your help and for the beautiful Maine goodies, you left us ! So thoughtful and sweet !

Claire’s place was beautiful! It was clean and exactly as described. Very close to Mt Washington resort, which is where we were going for a wedding. Very spacious as well and bedding was very comfortable. :) 10/10 would recommended and will be staying again if I am in the area!!

We like loon Mt area in the winter for skiing, Eric's unit is literally 2 min drive to mountain, (Nordic Inn ) The unit itself is huge with 2 levels of living space, 2 bedrooms on first floor have huge beds (california kings ) each bedroom has walk in closets and full baths, upstairs has another full bed and 2 bunk beds, massive super comfortable couch that reclines on either end. huge tv and full bath, walk out deck. Perfect for 2 family to split. The pictures on airBnb are accurate. I would highly recommend Eric's place year round . I will definitely will be back next year!!!

Wife and I had a great time at Fairley’s place. Condo was as advertised, clean with all the utensils you need. The resort has a clubhouse with all great amenities. Location is great! We would definitely like to rent again.

We loved our stay and couldn't have felt more at home. Condo has everything you need and the hosts were so kind. Plenty of space for our family of 4 but could easily fit 6. Location is ideal for families to explore all Bartlett has to offer. Highly recommend and can't wait to come back!

Our 3rd time staying here....great location and reasonably priced. Love the view out back to the trees and a peek of some mountains. Also great snow cleanup - we were here for a big storm and the plows cleared the car park and the paths were shoveled quickly.

Very clean and relaxing place. Felt like home and will definitely visit back again. The host is very responsive and had clear instructions of everything.
