Great stay. Very inviting and tranquil. The sole issue I encountered was my inability to utilise the pool due to the broken steps, compounded by my reliance on only one arm. Paul, however, endeavoured to devise a temporary solution, which ultimately proved ineffective, yet his efforts were genuinely considerate. Recommend staying here and I will rebook for sure.

We loved our stay! The location was beautiful and a quick drive to everything we wanted to see. We especially loved walking through the park to a cafe for breakfast. Helen was so kind and helpful! We hope to come back in the future - the place was perfect - our 10 month old was able to sleep peacefully in the front room

Allan is always the best host, from the big basket of fresh fruit he supplied to the helpful tips on the area. He is always prompt with his replies to anything that we ask and I highly recommend his place. We have stayed here a number of times and hope to be back same time next year.

We were looking for a nice place to stay with our 3 Adult children in Perth that had 4 double beds and plenty of space and a touch of luxury, we were very happy with this place. We walked over to the beach most days and although Perth is a little cooler in April did use the pool a couple of times, would be nicer if it was heated to extend the season, but summer months it would be great. There are quite a few levels as per the pics and older guests might struggle with the amount of stairs but it was fine for us. The hosts are very responsive so if there was an issue I am sure they would sort it very quickly. Would certainly stay here again.

A great Airbnb. Hosts, Kimmie and Shane are most hospitable. Location is perfect for our holiday, very close proximity to beautiful beaches, great food and coffee and is a very comfortable place. Highly recommend and will definitely book again!

Lemon Tree cottage is a very homely house equipped with everything you need for your stay, ideally situated for links into Perth city by bus rail and freeway, Jane the host leaves you to enjoy your stay but is on hand if you need her, just phone call away and is very responsive.

Carmel is a very friendly host and her place is perfect for a short stay in Perth. The kitchen is functional enough for us to cook our own dinner on Good Friday when everything in town was closed. We also enjoyed spending some time in the living room upstairs. The only thing to note is that the loft is connected to the two bedrooms by an outdoor staircase and there is no access to the loft within the house itself. This setting didn’t add any trouble to us though. Thank you Carmel again for hosting!

Beautiful house!! Had everything we needed. Very comfy beds! Our girls loved the cubby house and the toy room which was filled with things to keep them entertained. We also got to enjoy the pool one day when the sun was out which was nice. Lovely place to stay in a great location!

We had an excellent stay! The house is bright and spacious and had more than enough room for our family. It has a lovely pool and garden, and plenty of areas to relax in. It’s close to supermarkets, shops, restaurants and beautiful beaches. What really stood out was Cameron’s wonderful hosting and hospitality! He is friendly and polite, and responded to all our queries promptly. He made sure we had everything we needed for our stay, including providing a cot, high chair, stool and potty for our youngest. He also provided a generous breakfast for our first morning! Thank you for a great stay.

Absolutely loved our stay at Perendale Penthouse and Merino Manor, we booked out both for our wedding weekend and the stay was so perfect! Paul was incredibly friendly, both accomodations are spacious, clean and look out to the most beautiful views. 11/10 would recommend to anyone!

Beautiful house to stay in, the pool is great for those hot days to cool off in. The house is clean, comfortable and well equipped for a relaxing holiday. Really close to a lovely beach and local facilities. Rebecca is an attentive host. Would highly recommend it.

Our stay was great, the apartment was spacious, the furniture and equipment very comfortable, the view breathtaking, the surroundings very suitable for walks and sports. Good options for restaurants and bars and a Coles supermarket within walking distance. Good location for trips around the area. The property has very good equipment and is very suitable for living. The host prepared the apartment perfectly for us, including equipment and nice Christmas details. Thank you for everything

Lovely apartment. Beautiful location with a lovely pool area. Loved watching the parrots and other birds from inside and from the balcony (which was also a sun trap). Spotless accommodation and thoughtful consumables for us to enjoy. Well recommended.
