Built-in 2015, it's featured in the "Small House Book" by Lloyd Kahn. It's clean and modern yet warm and cozy. One bedroom has a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has two twin beds (AC in bedrooms). The main living space has a garage door that opens to the back patio. It's a hop, skip, and a jump from all you need, from biking and hiking trails, restaurants, shops, the playground, the amphitheater, and the river. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful walk out basement apartment. Located on 60 acres with easy access to highway 50. Halfway between Salida, CO and the Royal Gorge. It's a 1 hour drive to Monarch ski resort. Great location for hunting camp or a quiet weekend with family or friends. The Cotopaxi store is a 15 min drive. They have a little restaurant, basic groceries, fishing licenses and gas station. We are located 15 mins from the Arkansas River for rafting and fishing.
