Privésuites in French Broad River

First off let me say that Sam’s place is not a 5 star accommodation. 5 stars does not do his suite or him justice. He was the most amazing host I have ever experienced through AirBnb. His suite was top notch. Extremely clean and very well decorated. If you know anything about Asheville you know it’s a city of art and character and this suite expresses Asheville completely. As for Sam himself you could not ask for or dream of a better host. He made my stay absolutely amazing!!!! I wish every host could/would be as accommodating and caring as he is. I promise you that you will not be disappointed by booking his place. It’s so much more than described and he is such an amazing host!!! I definitely recommend staying here if you are in the Asheville area.

The Sweet Suite was exactly that... sweet... even down to the chocolate and snacks! The suite was pristine when I arrived and the directions on finding it were well laid out and easy to follow. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet. Everything was clean and comfortable and I felt very safe and at home. Drew and Caroline were very responsive and offered help whenever needed. Though I heard them and their family above, it was in no way disruptive; in fact, I found it gave me a sense of safety knowing they were close by. Their recommendations for restaurants were excellent and all super close by, and great recommendations for local hiking, which I made use of! I especially loved having the washer and dryer available and also the nice wide open spaces of the living and bedroom area. I would definitely consider staying here again if circumstances permit.

My stay at Jennys place was perfect. The apartment is clean and cozy with everything you need. The location was ideal for me visiting family in town, very centrally located. I appreciated the light by the road to help me find the driveway as I came in late every evening. Super helpful! I could hear the host and family above the apartment but it was not excessive and never bothered me. As a solo traveler it was actually comforting to know I wasn’t completely alone and someone was close if I needed something. The apartment is decorated nicely and even has some local artwork. The kitchenette has everything needed for simple meals and coffee. The bed sheets were the cherry on top. The softest I’ve ever experienced, I loved them so much that I intended to look for a tag so I can buy some but forgot! All in all I had a wonderful stay and will absolutely book again next time I visit Lenoir.

I lived in the cottage for two months and it’s a very special place. Magical touches abound, extremely thoughtfully stocked, and above and beyond hospitality. The bed is comfy, the hot tub under the stars is dreamy, and the location is peaceful and close to nature & the sweetest coffee shop on the east side. Kambra’s hosting is really what makes this place stand out—she is extremely responsive, kind, and laid back. I felt right at home and can’t recommend highly enough!

Suite was comfortable , private and clean. Quiet neighborhood not far from airport. Check in/out was a breeze.

This place is GREAT! It was exactly as advertised but actually even better in that the rooms are bigger than they looking the photos and the shower is huge with outstanding water pressure. The place is very dog-friendly, and Shane and Silver are wonderful hosts. A dog-friendly coffee shop - Penny Cup, which I highly recommend as well - is less than aile away and a perfect morning walk with your dog!!! I will definitely try to stay here again.

This is the 3rd time I have stayed at Brenda's place and I love it there❤️Every detail is thought out. We would have loved to stay longer. Brenda is very thoughtful and a great communicator The big fireplace is so welcome with these cool nights !!

Marin's place was a great home base for me while I took care of a few things I needed to in Asheville. Her place was spacious, clean, quiet, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I loved being greeted by her dogs Josie and Bandit in the morning as I drank coffee in her beautiful yard with it's mountain view. Marin was kind and very responsive. For those looking for a spot with an easy walk up to Haywood Ave breweries and restaurants, this is a very good choice. Would stay at Marin's again.

Perfect place to stay while visiting my son at UT. So close to town, and a better stay than any suite in a Knoxville hotel. Clean, perfectly appointed, comfortable bed, comfortable space, comfortable everything. Thank you Hope!

Eliza and Brad are great hosts - very responsive when we had any questions. The place was beautifully decorated, beds were very comfortable. We were visiting family that lived close by so the location was perfect for us. Loved the sunroom! Great space for our visit. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

We enjoyed staying at Zach's place! He was very quick to respond to our messages, and the space was exactly as described. We stayed here for the Bristol NASCAR race, and it was an easy drive to and from the track. We appreciated that Zach went above and beyond to tell us an easier route to take to the house, rather than a very steep hill that our GPS told us to take. We will definitely stay here if we return to the Bristol race in the future!

This was my first airbnb experience and Tiffany made it the best! The view of the mountain when you first wake up is surreal. 10/10 trip, would definitely go again.

Staying at Janice’s was exceptional. The neighborhood is gorgeous and the golf course/lake views are stunning. Her space is comfortable, had every amenity we could need and the bed was just right with lots of (much desired) pillows! Janice was informative, helped us regroup when our original plans fell through and gave great suggestions for live music and food.

Great stay! Love the yard and patio area. Ethan was a very nice and accommodating host. Place is located in a nice, residential neighborhood and walking distance to New Belgium Brewery which is great

Great location for walking to town. Nice neighborhood. Laurie and Scott were super responsive and room was private and cozy. Perfect for our 2 night stay in Black Mountain.

We had a wonderful time in Asheville and Ruth’s place was perfect! Super awesome full kitchen (even though we didn’t use it), very comfy bed, and really nice shower. Off street parking was great, and Ruth was very responsive with any questions I had. Would 100% book again :)

Enjoyed our stay and will be back next time we’re visit. This is the place to stay if you’re looking to relax. Take advantage of their private trails and beautiful property. We enjoyed our hike up to the natural springs. Our host Scott was friendly and we had a great time.

Stacy and Joh were wonderful hosts. Very welcoming and warm. The “tiny home” is very spacious and very comfortable from the couch to the beds. The location is beautiful and excellent representation of living in the mountains.

We love the place it felt like home. Whenever I messaged her she always responded in a timely manner. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

I just want to say thanks for letting us stay! We had a great time. The host was very friendly and let one of our friends park his van for the trip. I would highly recommend this place to stay if you're MTB or Onewheel riding. It's close to the trails.

amazing stay at Roger and Mary's. place was just as described. checkin was easy peasy, and it was spotless. location is amazing. my business partner and I were in town for some meetings and we were just a few minutes from everything. it was extremely convenient and the space is super comfortable. I appreciated how well stocked it was. we will definitely stay again!

They were the BEST hosts I’ve interacted with… and I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnb/VRBO homes. She went above and beyond to get me something for my birthday and made us brownies while we were there. She gave us local recommendations on restaurants and running/hiking trails. Super great at responding and was very kind. Also, the place was clean and there were soooo many amenities including a wii, coffee pot, fireplace, hot tub, etc. We will definitely be back!!

We had a wonderful time staying at The Frog and can’t recommend it enough. The place was spotless when we arrived, and everything felt thoughtfully put together. The kitchen was especially great—fully stocked and perfect for someone who enjoys cooking. The bed was insanely comfortable, and having a walk-in closet was a really nice bonus. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, yet still super close to everything in Asheville. Big plus: there’s a Level 2 EV charger at the property, which was incredibly convenient for our electric car. Our dog felt right at home too—he loved the peaceful walks around the neighborhood, and it was a very pet-friendly space overall. Matt, the host, was fantastic—quick to respond, super helpful, and made everything easy, including when we asked to extend our stay. That flexibility and hospitality really made the trip stress-free. We’re already planning to come back. Highly recommend this place if you’re headed to Asheville!
