This is a cozy, newly finished basement apartment. 800 total square feet! Just 20 minutes to downtown Asheville and 10 minutes from AVL Airport! It is the full basement of the house with two separate rooms. One area is the bedroom with bathroom/kitchenette separated by a barn door to the TV\Office space area. The apartment has its own entrance with key-less access. We ask that guests observe quiet time past 11pm. If you are looking for a place to party all night, this is not the place for you.

The Retreat is a uniquely designed experience that combines all the modern conveniences that one would expect in an AB&B with a taste of the past. We feed a variety song birds year around for bird watching.
