Footbridge Farm Cabin

Footbridge Farm is a quiet country get-away located on 90 wooded acres, 15 miles NE of Decorah. We are close to the mouth of Canoe Creek, the Upper Iowa River and adjacent to state DNR land. The cozy owner-built cabin has an open ceiling with exposed beams and rafters giving a sense of spaciousness. Local stone was used in the exterior walls and the floor-to-ceiling fire back behind the wood-burning stove. The floors are oak and slate. Detailed craftsmanship can be found throughout the cabin.

This unique place has a style all its own. Conveniently located by the Mississippi River and highway 35. The place gives you a cabin feel close to La Crosse! Goose Island is 5 minutes away. Great spot for bird watching, fishing, kayaking, boat launches, hiking or frisbee golf. Mt. La Crosse is super close to enjoy skiing/snowboarding. 15 minute drive to downtown La Crosse and 3 miles North of Stoddard puts you in a great central location for the area. Pets are welcome. A cozy shed house located in the hills of Coral City, WI. This Shed house includes a private deck, cozy living room, full kitchen, 1 bedroom with queen bed, 1 bathroom with shower and extra air mattresses, sheets, & pillows for guests. It is surrounded by nature but near to the city. We are also located close to many wedding venues. The Shed House is a separate building, but located on the same property as the owner's home. During the winter months, 4-wheel drive is necessary.
