We enjoyed the house and it was larger than the pictures capture. we liked the openness of the kitchen, dining and living space. Great outdoor spaces as well. Quick walk to the beach and to a back dock overlooking the marsh. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. All was as advertised. Everything was clean and worked well. Definitely a great option!

We had a great time at Sawyerbean! The house is a nice, older Edisto beach house and had everything we needed. It was right across the street from the beach and close to many shops and restaurants. Our relaxing vacation even included soft blankets and some waste bags for our French bulldog. She really loved being a beach babe!

Great stay in Edisto! The pictures on this location are exact. The location is easy to find and access to the beach is just a short walk away. Check-In was simple with just a keypad and we loved the fact that we didn’t have to keep up with a key. There is a fabulous screened porch to sit and enjoy your morning coffee and listen to the birds. The house is also adequately furnished with ALL the basics and then some. We took advantage of the gas grill and had everything we needed. The beds and furniture were all very comfortable and the wifi was excellent! There were even little boxes of puppy poo bags that were well stocked for our fur baby, located at the front and back of the house for convenience! There is a fire pit but we didn’t use that. It was nice to know we could though. When we arrived there were several deer just hanging out right behind the house around the fire pit! Our host, Kristy, is amazing! She did not hesitate to answer all of our questions promptly. Thanks, Kristy

We had never been to Edisto Island it was very relaxing , beautiful surroundings , easy walk or bike ride to the beach ! Edisto is a great place to get away and relax. The house was comfortable and looked just like the pictures . If you’re looking to relax at the beach get away from your busy life , slow down , then Edisto is your place !

Our entire group thought this was the possibly the nicest airbnb we've ever rented. The house was beautiful, clean and in a great location with easy access. We had another unit rented thru this same host but the AC went out a few days before check-in but they were proactive and switched us to an equally great unit that I think our group was even more excited to stay in after they saw the photos. All around great experience and we plan on coming back next year

Wonderful stay! Excellent hosts. Appreciated the thorough instructions and reference materials for the house. Everything was exactly as advertised on the listing. Well decorated and comfortable with ample space. The house was in a good location within Palmetto Dunes - very easy walk to the beach and great bike trails throughout the community. My husband and I traveled with teenage daughters and we would highly recommend this AirBNB to families. This is a fantastic spot for a vacation in Hilton Head!

My family of 6 stayed at the The Grace Calire for our Spring Break vacation a couple weeks ago. I cannot recommend this house enough! The location is perfect with short walks to the beach and Coligny Plaza. The house itself looked exactly like the photos and did not disappoint! The house was very clean, had a game room that my kids loved and also had a backyard full of things to do! The pool was very nice and my kids enjoyed swimming in it every day all day and night! There was a slight issue one day with the pool but Michelle and Nikki were extremely responsive and spent time out of their day to find a resolution ASAP, which I'm sure was no easy task since it was on a Sunday. If you are looking for a place to stay at that is in a great location, has an abundant amount of things to do just at the house alone, is very clean, and has hosts who excel at the definition of client service, this is the house you want to book! Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

It is rare that the description and pics exceed the expectation. But this time it totally did! We found Mark’s place to be extremely comfortable and not lacking for much of anything. The location was perfect for day outings to the beach or a round of golf. Mark is a fantastic host! We had some minor issues due to a tropical storm and minor maintenance issues. Mark took the time to make a lengthy drive to make sure we were well taken care of. We will definitely return on our next trip to HH!

We had a great multi-gen family vacation at this home! The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach, with easy boardwalk access point. The hosts provided an impressive array of beach essentials (chairs, wagons, umbrellas & beach towels) which made our beach days even more enjoyable and stress-free. The home itself was incredibly clean and thoughtfully stocked with extra touches that made a big difference (things like suitcase stands in the BRs, plenty of hangers, towels & blankets, and everything we needed in the kitchen to cook for a large group). Loved the extra fridge for beverages. The layout was ideal for a big family or group of friends, giving us space to gather while also offering privacy when needed. The beds were super comfy! We appreciated the kid-friendly features — large splash area in pool, tons of games, high chair and portacrib for our grands. We highly recommend this property and the hosts, Marty & Andrea, who really went above & beyon

Absolutely beautiful home in the heart of Edisto Beach! Easy access to the bike path, directly in front of the house. Short walk to the beach, approximately 5 minutes. The backyard is so dreamy with a pristine pool, oak trees and Spanish moss shading the area. We loved our visit and hope to return!

The home was beautiful and in a beautiful location. The kids loved the pool. There was plenty of room for all 13 of us. The kids loved the bunk beds. The wagon was very convenient for the easy walk to the beach. We were not able to use the grill but there were plenty of pots and pans to cook in the kitchen.

We enjoyed our vacation and chose the home as close to family and familiar with area. Booking was easy and clear communication with check in instructions. The home was exactly as expected and very comfortable. Especially enjoyed the sunny fenced yard for the pup and the quiet, private, serene backyard with lovely pool and hot tub. Location is great, just a few minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes from grocery, restaurant & shoppes. Great communication, instructions, very clean and comfy! Overall such a great stay! Great home and worked great for us! We had 9 people for a wedding and the place had plenty of room. They responded to all requests quickly and would highly recommend.

This home is accurately advertised and was very spacious for the 4 members of our family. Lots of wildlife (deer) through the backyard in the evenings was a nice bonus. Very quiet community with easy access to bike paths and <5 minute ride to the private access beach path. Communication was excellent, leading up to our check in. All prearrangements (bikes, chairs, umbrella) were on site when we checked in. I would definitely return to this property again.

We loved staying in this beautiful home! The private salt water pool was a huge hit for our kids as well as the short walk to the beach. This home had space for everyone to spread out, but also featured a beautiful gathering area for meals and family fun. We had a wonderful week and would definitely stay here again!

Greg’s house was as advertised. Plenty of space, great outdoor hangout area, and he certainly doesn’t skimp on the amenities. For the pet owners, we can confirm that it is a very pet friendly residence. All of this in addition to being a 3 minute walk to/from the beach, in a very upscale neighborhood (with friendly neighbors/guests) and within 10-15 minutes of all of the great HHI bars/restaurants/shops/golf courses/etc. Greg was very communicative in the days/weeks leading up to and during our vacation, and provided very detailed instructions (including video) for all things in and around the house. Would definitely return, thanks again to Greg for being a terrific host.

Everything was as described, the House was really nice and the surroundings are very nice and calm. The beach is private to the development and really nice and natural. We really enjoyed the sunset. We would love to come back again

Our family was very pleased with the house and the location. The house was very clean, beautiful, and kid-friendly. Everything was nice and comfortable except the king beds were a bit hard. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The only cons were the entertainment center is NOT kid friendly and the house could really use an elevator! Overall, we loved the house and are planning to stay there again next April!
