Sandy è stata un'oste accogliente e precisa che opera con organizzazione e in sordina. Vi manderà tutte le indicazioni per conoscere i luoghi vicini ma soprattutto vi darà informazioni precise sulla casa. Ho adorato questo, l'arredamento, la cucina attrezzata come quella di casa e addirittura le piante aromatiche al davanzale.

The villa is as described. The slopes were a challenge for me because, at 90 years old, I have difficult walking. The villa is on a hillside in a wooded area with a lovely view of the sea. Plenty of places around the grounds to sit and relax. While the building has been restored, it retains original window shutters and curved brick ceilings. Picturesque tiles decorate the face of the building. Rebecca was an amazing host. She quickly responds to any questions one might have.

Joan’s place was so comfortable and peaceful! It truly felt like I found someone who shared my decor brain and fashioned a home exactly to my heart’s desires. The views from the Colledimezzo and Bomba villages are stunning. It is a very quiet “tranquillo” village with the sweetest of villagers. We weren’t sure exactly where to go when we pulled in with our car and just like Joan had mentioned, within moments, five villagers stepped forward to show us the way. In fact one of the older men walked us right down to the apartment 💗

I loved the apartment, it had everything I needed and more. I especially liked the balcony towards the sea. The apartment is light and clean and felt like home. The area is very quiet in october and a little more lively in september. The beach is very nice.

Nous avons conversé avec le service de conciergerie Simonetta et Silvia qui ont été très réactives et ponctuelles. Nous avons eu un Check in avancé en raison de notre vol, Le ménage était en cours et nous avons été rassurées. Pour 5 participants l L’appartement est parfait, une chambre, chacune avec une literie très confortable. Il manque un peu de lumière naturelle parce que c’est un rez-de-chaussée. Il y a deux serviettes par convives une paire de chaussons gracieusement offerte. Un dépôt de bagages est aussi à côté des appartements, bien pratique. Posto delizioso, curato, essenziale, perfetto per chi desidera un soggiorno tranquillo e di relax con i propri amici a 4 zampe… La casa é recintata e dunque perfetta per lasciare i cani liberi , troverete un delizioso giardino ombreggiato da ulivi con lettini prendi sole e doccia esterna. Il patio con il tavolino esterno ci ha permesso di mangiare fuori e godere del posto. A due passi dalla casetta una stradina privata vi porterà alla spiaggia del lago, anch’essa tranquilla e perfetta per pace e relax…che dire per noi , oltre le aspettative rimarrete più che soddisfatti. Antonella é un host serio e molto preciso , pronta alle nostre richieste e sempre gentile. Sarebbe bello tornare! Grazie da Sara Simone Lillo e Joy 🐶

Logement très propre et bien situé à proximité des lignes de bus et du métro pour rejoindre les principaux monuments de Rome. Le logement est tout proche d’une gare de train qui permet de venir directement depuis l’aéroport en 40 minutes. Quelques adresses restaurants et glaciers très bonnes dans le quartier. Vraiment très bon hôte. Hyper réactif et pro actif pour s’assurer que tout se passe bien.

Genau was wir erwartet hatten um Rom zu erkunden. Alles wie beschrieben, sauber und komfortabel. Anbindung zur Metro TOP, keine 2 Minuten! Gastgeber war hilfsbereit und hat alles gut erklärt. Vielen Dank, wir hatten eine tolle Woche.

Home Sweet Home! The hospitality was amazing from the start and the home was a storybook setting. What was also wonderful was how the home was setup. They thought about anything a guest could need. The caring that was put into the decor was spectacular. If you want a place to relax and remove yourself from the world, there is no better a place and no more charming of a host. THANKS DANIELE

Appartamento come da descrizione, dotato di tutto ed estremamente pulito. Ivana inoltre è stata gentilissima, prima, durante e dopo il soggiorno, davvero una persona disponibile e vogliosa di dare una mano a chi soggiorna da lei. Ci ha procurato il numero diretto della guida per vedere i Cisternoni anche in orario extra visite. Consigliatissimo!

We loved our stay in Valentinas apartment. Valentina allowed us to stay at number 3 (rather than nummber 5) due to less steps. We were absolutely thrilled with the location, the view and the apartment. Our purpose to stay in Genzano for more than a month was to 'live like a local' and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that! Very close to restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets and the main street. Highly recommend staying here!

Tho check in is till 20:00 due to delay of flight we arrived at 1am. Giovannella waited us; and greet us with smile. Give us short instructions and recomendations. House was cozy and very vell equipped;especially kitchen. Beutiful exterior and clean swimming pool. A lot of privacy and beutifull view. Store;short distance as well public transport so Rome was easily accessible. Hope one day to be back.

Soggiorno piacevole in un luogo tranquillo e sperduto. Amo i posti cosí e non é facile trovarli. Una casina isolata ma facilmente raggiungibile con spazi adeguati e servizi piacevoli, dagli spazi interni, al camino in cucina, bagno grande e stanze comode, la lavatrice ed il barbecue, a disposizione anche legna e barbecue per gli arrosticini. Consigliatissimo. Personalmente ci torneró anche in primavera/estate.
