The house has a large living room with a gas fireplace, an office and heated floors. The bedroom upstairs are with a king size bed, close to the bathroom. Downstairs are one double bed in the corner in a bright room, with a toilet nearby . The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, with a fantastic view and 2 terrasses and a big garden. Only 9oo m from public transportations, supermarket, bakery and fast food. 30 min. from downtown Cph, by car and max 1/2 hour by train from Holte station.

The annex is placed on the same lot as the main house, but has separate entrance and is fully detached. 1 minute walk from Furesø lake. Access to private pier with free use of kayaks (2,5 persons + 1 person). Guests enjoy fishing or swimming here. The large nature preservation area, Vaserne, is 1 min away. Bird watching, biking, and hiking is very popular. Copenhagen downtown is 20 km from the house.

In the garden there is garden furniture, gas grill and trampoline. 900m to S-train and supermarkets. Located right next to Hareskoven and Furesøbadet is 2.5 km away.

Velkommen til vores lille anneks fra 1812. Annekset er en fin bolig holdt i afslappet stil. Det ligger i flotte omgivelser lige op til skov og sø, og er perfekt som stille arbejdsplads eller som roligt gæstehus. Det er et ældre hus, der rummer alt hvad I skal bruge. Dejlig dobbeltseng i soveværelset, fuldt udstyret køkken. I stuen er der en dejlig stor hjørnesofa og pejs. Stuen ligger op ad et beboet værelse, som ikke er en del af udlejningen.

It is located very central next to the forest and close to the train station. It is a very family friendly area with a private playground. The house entails two bathrooms (one with bathtub). Upstairs you will find 4 big bedrooms with bed for 6 people: Beds: - 1 double size bed, 2 persons (180x200) (one room) - 4 single beds (90x200) - 1 baby bed can be arranged if needed.
