The accomodation is located at "Centener", one of the exlcusive living areas of Rovinj. The house consits of a two rooms apartment situated on the first floor. The apartment has two double beds and an addtional single bedcouch. The living room is divided into living/sleeping area and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equiped. Bathroom constains shower and toilet. In front of the flat you can find a nice terrace which invites for relaxing in the sun or cooling down in the evening. Next two the house is a big garden with a huge stone dining table perfectly made for outdoor BBQs. BBQ equipment is also included. Next to: 5 min walk to two supermarkets, 15 min walk to the center of the city, 15 min walk to the beach, 5-10min walk to excellent restaurants. Casa Mondo is a newly built detached house located on the edge of small place Zbandaj approximately 8 kilometres from Porec. The house was built in 2014 with modern materials and with superior thermal and acoustic isolation (low energy house). The house has an enclosed garden of 600 sqm with a maintained lawn and boasts outdoor facilities such as a covered terrace with outdoor kitchen, built in barbecue and dining and seating area, swimming pool of 34 sqm with waterfall, parking for two cars.

All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower.
