This space is just as described and looks just like the photos. I wasn’t expecting it to be attached to their home; I’m sure it was stated in the description, but we missed it. However, I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. The space is very private. Uber and Lyft pick up and drop off to this location. It’s about a 13 minute drive from Broadway.

Very nice place. We really enjoyed our stay here. It is convenient to almost everything in Nashville but far enough away from the busyness of the city to relax. It was very quiet there and we heard no noise from the neighbors. The beds were comfortable and place was clean. Having 2.5 baths was great to have when everyone was getting dressed.

The home is amazing and the pictures are 100% accurate. Beautiful rooftop views of the city with a hot tub. Lots of shops within 20min and close to downtown. Drew is an awesome host and very responsive. Looking forward to staying again.

What a quaint, quirky cottage! Every time we turned around, we found some new treasure. The house is located right on the Main Street in Leiper’s Fork, which made walking to all the shops and restaurants easy, but it also was a bit noisier than we expected when sitting outside in front. The backyard was our go to place to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The kitchen was small, but packed with everything we needed. The owners were great - letting me drop our stuff off early and put food in the fridge before running to the airport. If you like antiques and old houses in a charming location, you will appreciate this home!

This was my best friend and I's second trip to Nashville.. we originally had another place booked but I found Brandon and Staci's last minute and switched. We loved the location and the amenities that the building had! The apartment was super clean and we loved that it had toiletries and laundry soap and everything (even though we brought our own now we know for next time). I would highly recommend this place and the hosts were more than responsive and quickly always making sure everything was top tier! We hope to stay with them again next year!

Cool “Loft style” stay in the heart of the action! As shown and described. Easy in and out. Parking is a bit pricey, but appears to be the trend across the Broadway area of Nashville now. Might be worth it to park outside the area and ride share over to start the stay. Everything you want to do is easily walkable. Printers Alley is directly behind the building and Broadway is blocks away. Starbucks is next door for morning coffee with plenty of dining options close by.

We will definitely rebook next time we are in Nashville! From easy check-in with step-by-step photo instructions to excellent responsiveness from the host to quick check out process! This place was ideal for our needs as a family of 5 with adult children. The apartment was clean and well maintained with comfy beds (2 beds, roll away and large couch - all very nice). The building was quiet and within walking distance from Broadway and other fun areas! Thank you Joseph and Lindsey for sharing your beautiful place with us!

Our stay here was nothing less than wonderful. It was everything the posting said it would be. The place was exactly as it was promoted to be. Our kids absolutely loved the pool and we loved the hot tub. The house was very spacious and clean. Matt was very responsive to any questions or concerns. The air hockey table was missing the puck and Matt ordered a new puck to be delivered immediately. We absolutely loved our stay and wish we didn’t have to leave. We highly recommend this place!

It was perfect for us! Our event was at the Nashville Fairgrounds. Very close drive! The house is close to some excellent restaurants and shopping. Very clean , comfortable snd tasteful. We had a great time.
