Apricity Cottage is a perfect place to relax in a calm and beautiful space. The central location provides a great base to explore all that the Artists Town of Kirkcudbright has to offer. This newly refurbished cottage has interiors designed by a local, proffesssional interior designer giving it a cosy, stylish ambiance further enhanced by the log burning stove and luxury furnishings. The south facing cottage gives a light airy feel throughout and has a small outside space for drinks and dining.

The Old Fish House

Everybody loves The Old Fish House! With stunning river views it is a beautiful and peaceful cottage, yet a three minute walk from the nearest shop and the harbour. It is a great and relaxing base to enjoy the culture, coastal scenery or walking around the area. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families and we love well behaved dogs. There is a staircase between kitchen/diner and lounge so the cottage may not be ideal for children under 4 years old.

Rural retreat with fabulous panoramic views

Netherthird is a stunning detached farmhouse set in a wonderfully elevated position, with the most glorious views of the surrounding Galloway Hills. Netherthird was fully renovated in 2020 and has been lovingly furnished to ensure a truly comfortable and welcome family retreat. There is an amazing barbecue hut, with charcoal barbecue and ample seating, perfect for enjoying with friends and a glass or two of wine. Relax in the large hot tub taking in the clear dark skies at night.

Family and dog friendly stunning barn conversion.

Bookings are from Friday to Friday. 2 king size bedrooms, one ensuite with a further 2 single beds and wc on the mezzanine level. A bathroom with shower over the bath. Fully furnished kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher. We have a dog secure garden and a shed to lock bikes in. We are between 10/30 mins from 3 of the 7stanes cycling trails and 6 miles from several beaches or hills for walking. You are 5 mins drive away from the market town of Castle Douglas.

Springwell cottage

Springwell cottage has been recently renovated. Centrally heated with living room underfloor heating and a wood burning stove. Can sleep 4 adults and 2 infants or 2 adults and 2 children. We accept a max of 2 well behaved dogs no larger than a Labrador. Separate garden for guests use. Safe little beach and swings just across the road . Start of the Goatfell path 5 min walk away. Lovely countryside cottage. Enclosed garden

Euchan Bridge Cottage offers a wonderful rural setting with breath-taking views and sceneries combined with the most comfortable and modern accommodation. There are toys for children and a trampoline in the private garden. Self checkin. We have recently refurbished the kitchen. A very lovely countryside kitchen, enjoy it! Dog friendly. Kirkland Cottage

Kirkland Cottage is completely self-contained and is attached to our main house in an enclosed, secluded and large garden. Although only two miles from Dumfries Town Centre it is in a quiet, rural location. There is ample parking beside the cottage and a lockable room for storage of bicycles and other leisure equipment. The cottage provides a great base from which to enjoy the many cultural and outdoor activities available in the immediate locality.

A Victorian Schoolhouse, now a cozy and stylish home. The Old Schoolhouse has 3 bedrooms, shower room & en suite bathroom. Wood stove in the lounge, open fire in the kitchen, and central heating. Light, bright, with a large garden looking onto the fields beyond- snowdrops in the spring, cherries in summer, and apples in autumn. The occasional escapee hen wandering about. The perfect place for a proper holiday.
