Blue Heaven

My house is in the quiet, spacious section of South Ocean City and has been in my family since 1967. Although there have been some renovations - elevated to withstand flooding, gas heat/central air conditioning, new bathroom and front and back decks, it still offers the charm and character of a great family house with hard wood floors and every room a different color. It is 4 blocks from beach and 5 blocks to the bay with great sunsets. Close to playground, basketball court and places to eat.

Available for weekly rentals from memorial day to labor day! Check in/check out for summer is Saturday to Saturday with a minimum stay of 7 days. Great Location just two houses from the beach. Cathedral ceilings in Living level for a great open space. 3 decks with views of the beach (perfect for sunrise viewing and relaxing.) Walking distance from major restaurants in town (La Fontana, Azzura's, Mako's Etc). Quiet and family orientated part of the town. (Available for weekends in off season)

Perfect house for small/large groups. No prom or senior weeks. In summer, there is a minimum 3-day week rental in July and August. Free use of beach badges, chairs, & umbrellas. Private screened-in curtained porch. 1.5 blocks to the beach and boardwalk + parking. The sunroom has been converted into a 5th bedroom. Finished basement w/ 2 bdrms and 1 small futon bed in the lvrm, windows, own bathroom. The full-week rental is June 1-Aug 31 (July/Aug is approx $4,000/wk, excluding other fees.

Cozy Cape Cod on the Water In AC w a Hot Tub

Perfect waterfront 3 bedroom 2.5 bath Cape Cod style home right on the bay in the Venice Park section of Atlantic City. Awesome sunset views from the elevated deck with a 6 person Hot Tub on year round , inside has new lighting fixtures and ceiling fans in every room + Air Condition. Off street parking for 5 cars and plenty of street parking too. I’m well versed in all kinda of Atlantic City attractions and am happy to help you plan activities.
