A private chef on site will cook one of the best breakfasts in Texas The base price is per room for 2 guests. Access to a boat launch is available for $25 fee from the marina. Modern B&B has 3 top shelf rooms. On 4th floor of the B&B, each has soaring 14 foot ceilings and is flanked by windows. A writing desk, flat screen TV, refrigerator, free wifi, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, huge closet and private balcony overlooking the trees complete the experience of the rooms.
