The house, located in the backyard of our main residence, is approx 600 sqft with a bedroom, living room and a full kitchen with a small fridge. This centrally located studio apartment is just a few minutes drive to all of Galveston's major attractions. The apartment has been updated with new flooring, paint, furnishings, cold AC, etc. It is located behind the main house in a separate building with a private entrance and a parking area for use by guests. Guests have access to the backyard of the main home. No loud behavior out of consideration for neighbors. Several convenience stores within walking distance. 0.6 miles to beach.

A comfortable queen size bed welcomes you to enjoy a peaceful night of sleep at the Lookout. This tiny house has a kitchenette that has a fridge, microwave and beverage makers. I provide coffee and tea and a few snacks for you upon arrival. The bungalow is located on the back of the property on the second floor of a back house.
