The property is architecturally striking and has been designed and built by a local architect and finished to a very high standard including luxurious linens and toiletries. This beautiful cottage is situated in an idyllic location; listen to the gurgling river as you drift off to sleep. One minute's walk away over a Victorian swing bridge is an enchanting pebble beach. Here you may see seals, puffins, dolphins, salmon, otters and plenty of seabirds depending on the season. Ideally placed for the North Coast 500, this modernised cottage is warm and cosy with central heating and hot water provided by a biomass boiler, and a wood burning stove for cooler nights.

Great things come in small packages, and our quirky cottage won’t disappoint! Renovated and furnished to a high standard, you will have everything you need for a relaxing and luxurious break. We might not boast a seaview, but you are a 2 minute walk from two beautiful sandy beaches which are part of the Moray Coast Trail. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in Crovie just yards from the sea. This property has been refurbished to a high standard. The open plan kitchen/sitting room, with wood-burning stove, overlooks the sea and the cottage’s private outside seating area has stunning views of the Moray Firth and Gardenstown. The spacious bedroom has a king size bed and en suite shower room. A perfect cottage for two to enjoy the solitude, fabulous sunsets and occasional dolphin display.

Beautiful seaside cottage with spectacular views

The cottage has spectacular views, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite). A small enclosed yard to the rear and a bench and parking area to the front. Included in the price is electricity and heating, a basket of logs and kindling for the log burning stove in the cottage, cupboard items such as tea, coffee. There is a smart tv, should you wish to use it (the view is the best tv!) and WiFi. The house is a traditional fishing cottage in a quiet village situated on the NE250 route.

Braeside Cottage, is located in the middle of our Estate.. A comfortable cottage offering a cosy sitting room with fireplace, Austrian Style dining corner and a fully equipped kitchen.Hot tub is there for you to relax and for private use. The bathroom with toilet is located downstairs, shower and separate bath. There is a surcharge of GBP 8 p.d. per pet (max of 2 pet). Upstairs are two bedrooms. Laundry service is available upon request if you stay longer than 5 nights.

Pinewood cottage

Beautiful views from a great vantage point on Bennachie this rustic cottage is ideally located for hillwalking, sightseeing or simply getting away from it all. Only 10 minutes drive from Inverurie and a short walk over the hill from the pitodrie house hotel which offers luxury dining and a cozy bar. There is also a riding school nearby and of course all the walking trails are on your doorstep. We are pet friendly but the garden is not enclosed.
