Nick's condo was a great for our weekend getaway! We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony relaxing in the spring weather. The beds were amazingly comfortable. We hope to visit again.

This was a long weekend stay for us and the condo was the perfect fit. The interior has been remodeled and everything is new and very nice. The view of the lake is great. We enjoyed having coffee on the deck each day. The location is about 20 min from downtown, the track etc, which kept it peaceful and relaxing for us. Would stay here again.

This place was perfect and had everything we needed! Jenny also provided us with great places to eat and hangout. Would stay here again next time I travel to hot springs!

This is the 2nd time we stayed in this unit. We came back because of how clean the place is. I am a cleaning lady so a house I stay in needs to be clean, this place most certainly is. The deck off the back is absolutely beautiful with it being lake front, perfect for morning coffee or an evening adult beverage watching the boats go up and down. It is very centrally located for shopping and dining. I can not say 1 bad thing about the place. Juan was amazing to deal with, if I sent a message he always quickly responded. I would highly recommend staying here. We will be going to Hot Springs again next year and will likely be looking at booking for our 3rd time.

Super cute! Bed was very comfy, big balcony, and plenty of room. I would definitely stay there again.

We had a great time here! It was a peaceful area just outside of town. The condo was clean and had a nice view. The host was also responsive and accommodating!

My husband and I enjoyed staying at Steve's place! It was a very calm and relaxing area with an amazing view! Good location with many places to visit around and short drive to downtown hot-springs.

Great stay on the lake! It was nice to sit on the patio and watch the storm roll in. Would certainly stay again when in Hot Springs area.

We enjoyed our weekend stay here. The view of the lake is amazing. We loved sitting out on the patio and watching the sunset. Everything was as described and very clean. It is far enough away from the city noise but close enough to get to everything you need. We would definitely come back again.

We had rented this place and it was one of the best location to spend a quality time with family. The view was amazing and most importantly Russ was very responsive when i had some questions. I have already recommended to some of my friends and would recommend for anyone. Might even plan to reserve again.

We really enjoyed the beautiful and clean condo. We loved how spacious it was for our family of five..all over the age of 15! We had coffee each morning on the balcony and spent some time playing pool and ping pong in the recreation room before lounging in the hot tub. We cooked breakfast one morning and had everything we needed, plus coffee was there and I was so thankful since I’d left mine home! Would love to stay again soon!

The place is really clean. Amenities were nice. It was cold when we went but my teenage boys enjoyed the basketball and pickleball. We would stay again if we come back to Arkansas.

This place was perfect. Comfortable space and beautiful views. It sits right on the lake. It was a little too cold for us to go swimming, but the pool looked nice, clean, and welcoming. The venue also had a basketball/tennis court. My family and I felt safe at this location. It was peaceful and exactly what we were looking for. David gave us all of the info before checking in and kept us in the loop when the room was ready. Great experience overall. Thank you so much!!

This condo had the best view off a large balcony. We sat out there every chance we had. So relaxing. Condo was very clean, spacious and had so many amenities. They provided k-cup coffee, which was nice. Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. Very safe, as it was a gated facility. Communication with Jess and Kathryn was excellent. Only con was, I was hoping to use the outside pool (coming from chilly Michigan) but the water was still a little chilly and not very clean (probably to early to use in mid-April). Bubba's Brew Restaurant was right over the bridge, which had great food and right on the water. We actually ate there twice on their outside patio. Close to Oaklawn Racetrack & Casino, downtown Hot Springs and Hot Springs National Park. I would definitely recommend this place to stay. The view is amazing!!!

This is our second stay here and much like the first time our stay was quiet, pleasant, and very relaxing. The balcony views are wonderful. The condo is comfortable, well equipped, and relaxing. There are 2 grocery stores within a 5 minute drive, a good Chinese restaurant within walking, and a small arcade within walking distance which was fantastic when you don’t want to drive and you want just a little excitement. The host of this property has been gracious, patient, and easy to contact. Which we only contacted him twice, once to ask about the availability and once to thank him. His correspondence to give us check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy. We actually were not ready to return to Tulsa this trip because it was such a wonderful relaxing Hot Springs vacation!!
