In the apartment you will find: - 1 big living room with a comfortable sofa, armchair, big working/dining table and a TV, overlooking the rooftops of Ghent - 1 fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, water boiler, dishwasher, fridge, French press and coffee grinder - 1 bedroom for 2 people (king size bed) overlooking the main street - 1 smaller bedroom with a box spring bed for 2 people and a desk - 1 bathroom with a bathtub and a standing shower - separate toilet - utility room with a washing machine, drying machine, ironing board, iron and a drying rack The apartment is equipped with a high-speed Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with a shampoo, conditioner, make up remover, body lotion and various other hygienic products. Please take note, that the apartment is not suited for young children (say under the age of 5) since we are not equipped for this and also the furniture is not adjusted (glass coffee table for example). The apartment is on the 3rd floor, with no elevator. The apartment is very close to both public buses and trams. You will find the nearest tram station, Vogelmarkt (tram line 2), just around the corner, and the nearest bus station, Gent Zuid (most bus lines), a couple of streets away. A friend or I will welcome you and provide you with keys and a tour of the apartment. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions at all! All guests have a private apartment, there is 1 apartment per level. So there is a lot of privacy. Downstairs we have a laundry, which you can use. We have a chocolate atelier, where you are always welcome ! The setting is immediately adjacent to the city's famous Graffiti Street. A tasting in the chocolate studio below is a must, after which stroll to some of Ghent's many boutiques, and perhaps the weekend antiques market in nearby St Jacob's Square. From the railway station, you take the MAIN tram line no 1 to the city centre, we are at 300m from the stop GRAVENSTEEN (castle)

Profitez de la nature qui règne autour de notre petit coin de paradis, situé à quelques pas du village d' Horrues... Visitez le parc Pairi Daiza tout proche (18min), sillonnez notre belle campagne à pied ou à vélo, admirez les châteaux des villages avoisinants. Et, amis de la nature, n'hésitez pas à scruter l'horizon, vous pourriez observer de beaux oiseaux!

Ontspan en kom tot rust in deze stijlvolle guesthouse (Bellezelles genaamd), gelegen in het landelijke dorpje Ellezelles. Perfecte uitvalsbasis in Pays Des Collines en ideaal voor natuurliefhebbers, wandelaars en fietsers. Het huisje en zwembad bevinden zich in onze tuin, met zicht op de heuvels en onze boerderijdieren. Het zwembad is verwarmd tijdens het seizoen (afhankelijk van de weersomstandigheden van juni tot september). Buiten het seizoen is het zwembad toegankelijk voor de ijsberen!

You would be staying at the crossroad between all the major Belgian cities such as Antwerp, Brussels, Ostend, Bruges and of course Ghent. All three bedrooms have the possibility to convert the single beds to a double bed with the use of topper mattresses. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need.

Voel je vrij om onze fietsen te gebruiken en de charmante nabijgelegen dorpjes Nazareth, Deurle en Sint-Martens-Latem te verkennen, of breng een dag door in het levendige Gent! Cet hébergement élégant est parfait pour les groupes de 4 personnes entièrement privé. L'appartement est situé au rez-de-chaussée. La chambre principale est une suite spacieuse, qui donne sur le jardin. Les plafonds sont hauts. Le centre historique de Gand se trouve à 10 minutes. On se trouve à 40 km de Bruges. Dans le quartier ont y trouve une dizaine de bars, restaurants dans un rayon de 500m. La boulangerie se trouve de l'autre côté de la rue. Le parking est privé et gratuit.

Dit huisje is omgeven door bossen. De ideale plek om even tot rust te komen en te genieten van de natuur. Huisje is voorzien van alle luxe, buiten geniet je van een kopje koffie of thee op het prachtige terras met hottub. In de badkamer kan u een heerlijk bad terugvinden om tot rust te komen. Het huisje is omgeven in bebost gebied aanpalend hebben we gelijkaardige woningen maar waar iedereen zijn privé bos heeft. De minimum leeftijd van onze gasten is 25 jaar.

De luxueuze vakantiewoning bestaat uit : slaapkamer - keuken - zithoek - apart toilet - badkamer. Je krijgt veel ruimte (80m²), héél veel comfort & nog meer rust: grote tuin met een gezellig terras, een grote zitput, ontbijttafel buiten enz.... Tevens door ons voorzien: - Handdoeken en lakens - Koffie en thee - En nog veel meer :-) !! vanaf 1/5/2026 : er zijn 2 nieuwe stadsfietsen aangekocht die per dag kunnen worden gehuurd aan 12.5 € per fiets per dag.

De sunny green is een tiny house gelegen in een rustige buitenbuurt van Gent. (4 kilometer van het stadscentrum!) Inchecken op zaterdag en zondag om 15:00 Inchecken van maandag -vrijdag vanaf 18:00. uitchecken om 12:00 de volgende dag. De dag van inchecken kan u al gebruik maken van onze parking, fietsen en bagage-drop vanaf 12:00h. zaterdag & zondag inchecken : 15:00 uitchecken om 11:00h
