The vintage kitchen has kept its original charm, while being well equipped with modern conveniences including a washing machine and dishwasher. The master bedroom boasts views of the village church and hills beyond, and has a super wide bed and high spec mattress. Bedroom 2 is a small bedroom with a single bed and views to Combe Scar.

Queen Cottage is a recently renovated semi-detached barn conversion. The cottage is less than a 5 minute walk from the main street in Sedbergh village and the Yorkshire Dales Way is right outside the front door. It has been furnished to a high standard and is the ideal getaway. This chocolate box village has stunning hikes, bike rides, wild swimming, golf and fishing for the outdoor type. Our cosy cottage sits in the heart of historic Kirkby Lonsdale, and has recently been completely refurbished to meet all your needs for a luxury vacation away in the beautiful surroundings of the Lune Valley. The charming town centre with its wide range of boutique shops, bars and restaurants is within 100 yards . Close by are picturesque strolls along the river, and walks into the hills are literally just up the road. A great base for the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales .

Ideally located for the Dalesway and Three peaks walks and within 5 minute walk of pubs and cafes with easy riverside walks down Dentdale or mountains for the committed walker. The Wash House was lovingly crafted by the owner; an artist and award winning holiday cottage designer.

Helmswood Barn - Helm Byre

Helmswood Barn is a newly renovated barn conversion within the Yorkshire Dales. Dentdale is often referred to as the prettiest of Dales. Our home is at the foot Helm Knott, with access onto the fell from the back garden. Private access to two walled paddocks is available. Secure storage for cycles is available upon request. Access to the gardens is available to all guests. We are located near the village of Dent, or a short drive into the Lake District.
