Authentieke maar moderne woonboot in één van de oudste delen van Amsterdam. Deze buurt in het stadscentrum is een 'verborgen' en rustige plek met alle actie om de hoek! Mijn woonboot is voorzien van alle luxe die je van een gewoon huis zou verwachten met de extra voordelen van een terras met de hele dag zon en airco in de slaapkamer. In de zomer zwemmen we in de gracht. De boot is geschikt voor twee volwassenen en een kind. Slechts vijf minuten lopen van het centraal station. Niet roken binnen en op het dak. Geen feesten

Captain 's House

Netjes en schoon, twee verdiepingen appartement in het historische gebouw (1652), centraal gelegen in een rustige voetgangersstraat. Zeer centraal en zo gemakkelijk te bereiken en te verkennen, in een rustige zak van het hart van het oude centrum. Appartement is plug and play met alles wat je nodig hebt, oriëntatietour is inbegrepen (waar te boodschappen doen, te eten en waar niet en andere informatie die je nodig hebt over de stad, enz.) Ik neem geen groepen van in de twintig of iemand die komt feesten/festivals.

Studio Huis Roomolen is located at Roomolenstraat in the center of Amsterdam, a little street beween canals, yet; in the middle of things. Three large windows give a nice view over the Roomolenstraat. The size of the luxurious studio is 26m² including private kitchen, shower and toilet. Private roof terrace of 10m² at the backside enclosed by the neighbor buildings. The place is very warm and personal, perfectly suited for a single traveler or couple to retreat as well as to discover Amsterdam.

Our Gallery Loft with mondern chique styling is located around the corner of the Nieuwmarkt at 3 minutes by foot from the City Centre and all it's hotspots! The front of our house is made from thick glass and Iron to give it an industrial look and we just planted plants to cover the outside bars to create a cool intriguing mix. We have meters high curtains, a full equiped kitchen, dining area, working desk, TV's, two bathrooms and a loft bedroom area with walk-in closet Come and have a look!

Downstairs a queensize bed overlooking the water and bathroom with shower & large bath. A terrace in front with several seatings and a swing bench. Located in a beautiful green street very near the center: 2 stops by tram or 15 min walk from central station. We don't serve breakfast but provide many nice basics to prepare your own.
