Huntington Beach State Park and Brookgreen Gardens 1 mile South The Marsh Walk is 2 miles to the North. Grahams Landing Restaurant is within walking distance on left. Southern Hops is across the street.

The marina is the only shared part of the property . It has oyster bar with fridge and sink. The house has massive decks and porches that give you unbeilable views of river and wildlife! The house has 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths,2 kitchens,2 screened porches, game room and incredible living room!
