We had an excellent stay, clean and very spacious yard. Close to everything.

Great location. Nice fenced yard. Kitchen stocked well with plates and cooking needs. Easy to find and check in and out easy. Host responsive to any concerns.

We loved the house; lots a room for our two families to enjoy! Teens hung out in the pool every evening. Location is perfect between Myrtle Beach and Charleston for day trips into town!

We came for the Myrtle Beach 5k/half/marathon race with extended family and this place was the perfect location and space! I didn’t realize how close it was to Broadway at the Beach, which was where a lot of the race activities began. Location was also perfect for driving out to other beach spots and attractions. The street was peaceful and private. The porch was delightful and the house was the perfect space for our larger party. Would love to come back again!!

Rachel's house was very clean and inviting. We loved the layout and it was great for our family. Nice neighborhood were we could walk our dog without any issues. We would definitely stay here again.

The house is in a great location by the water on one side with the dock and a block away from the beach (3-5 minute walk). You could see the sunrise and sunset if you wanted which was beautiful. The house is just as advertised and the downstairs screened in area is huge and great for a cookout. The inside of the house was very clean and beachy. We cooked quite a bit and the house had everything we needed in terms of plates, pots, utensils etc and we could squeeze all ten of us around the table. The house is very close to Publix and fresh market for supplies. Jane was super friendly and responded right away if I had any questions. I would recommend this house 100%.

What a beautiful space!! We were very comfortable with 4 adults and a dog; could easily sleep 2 more. Baths & kitchen were spotless, linens fresh & clean. We lived using both the front & back porches and the grill. We loved the area, too. We could walk to places and not as busy as Myrtle Beach, so much nicer. We really enjoyed our stay!! Thank you to David who responded to every message promptly!

We loved this place! We have stayed at Patricia Grand several times, but this condo really had it all. We liked how the bedroom was separate from the living area. We were in town to compete in a weightlifting competition, so the full kitchen was great. Loved that there's a mini dishwasher too. Our senior chihuahuas also seemed to enjoy the place. You can't hear any outside noise once you're in the unit. We would definitely stay again!

Our family spent Thanksgiving 2024 here. We loved it! Even the dog loved it! Close to the beach and restaurants and quiet. We even got to use the pool before it got too cold. Washer and dryer were easily accessible and the kitchen was perfect for all of the cooking that we did. Next time we need a place we will check with Clyde first to see what’s available. Thank you!

This place was GREAT! My family and I had enough space for all 8 of us! The kitchen had everything we needed to make all our meals. We were right in the middle of everything! We were able to walk to the beach and to the surrounding stores and restaurants. All the rooms have their own TV so we weren’t fighting over the remote. If I had to choose one thing, I would say I was only disappointed that the pool water wasn’t warmer for what we paid for it :( Again, the host communicated very well and said that it was on a timer, but it seemed like it never warmed up so I didn’t swim but, my kids still swam and loved it! We were down for my daughter‘s birthday, and the host made a great recommendation for ice cream, which was one of my daughters request for the trip. This property is definitely a must stay!

Spectacular stay at Sharon's place! Beautiful home and private backyard pool and patio. It was very comfortable and functional with everything you could possibly need. We loved the area and that everything (beach, bars, restaurants and shops) was just a short walk away. Sharon was a great host and always responded promptly. We would love to stay here again when we visit Surfside Beach!

Our family loved this place in Surfside! So close to the beach, very family friendly, safe, and walkable. Quiet at night, great location. Rodney had beach amenities available (towels, chairs, boogie board, etc) so we didn’t have to pack those. The condo felt very private with a front and back porch. The pool was also just right, again felt like a private space with plenty of seating. Beds were very comfortable, lots of pillow choices. Our group of 2 adults, 2 teens, and one dog were very happy.

Jordan was a dream to work with and her place was wonderful! She was always responsive when I reached out with questions and the house was a perfect spot for us for our weekend in myrtle beach. It was just a quick walk to the beach, and the kids really enjoyed the pool and being on the inlet. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a great spot at the beach for the family!

We had such a great time here that our 6 year old son cried when it was time to leave! The house is beautiful, comfortable, clean, and the backyard is truly an oasis. The pool and backyard area can’t be beat! The pool toys provided along with the backyard games were such a fantastic addition to our stay. Upon arrival, we were met with a box of baked goods and even little chocolates on the beach towels! It was such a nice touch that we’ve never experienced before at a rental. The beach is only a five minute walk away and the restaurants at barefoot landing are only a five minute drive. This location really is amazingly convenient! The neighborhood felt safe and we enjoyed going for walks with our dog in it. This truly felt like home away from home and we hope to be back in the future!

Oh em gee!! This place is soooo cute! Very clean, well taken care of on the inside, and looks like it was updated recently. This is such an amazing place to stay for two people. We enjoyed the closeness to the beach and lots of amenities. The Hammock Shops Village and Pawley’s Island Tavern were two of our favorite frequents. Also, be prepared to clean off the bikes, grill, fire pit, etc. as they are all stored outside. Thanks for a great time, Caroline and Hamish!

Sam was an absolute pleasure. We ran into a very minor problem but was quickly resolved. Sam was very accommodating and I would stay again.

We had the best time! Place was very clean upon arrival, great recommendations, comfy beds, awesome hot tub, easy beach access, golf cart rides multiple times a day and all the neighbors were so very friendly and welcoming. Close to airport, nature park, great eats, coffee and more! Do not hesitate on this one!

Damien and Regina came through for me in a crunch late on a Sunday evening. So thankful and appreciative for the last minute and wonderful accommodations. It was especially awesome that the freezer had plenty of ice. The kitchen has everything you need right down to the corkscrews. It is private and in a quiet neighborhood. I haven't slept as well as I did here for as long as I can remember. Bed was very comfortable. The 3 block walk to the beach (and to restaurants) was perfect. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!🙏

The place was awesome. It was clean & in a great location. Communication was great & she made us feel right at home. No complaints at all. Would recommend. We look forward to staying again soon.

We loved our stay! The condo was beautiful and spacious with so many things to do! We were less than a block from the beach! My family really enjoyed our time there and we will definitely rebook for our next Myrtle beach vacation!

Every year we take a family/friends trip down to Myrtle Beach. This has been our favorite spot so far in all the years we've been down there. It is amazing to see all of nature in your front yard every morning, and the people are extremely friendly. So many options for the kids to do, love how everything is right across the street where you can keep your eye on the kids and still relax. Bryan was amazing setting up some Easter treats for our kiddos during our stay. He was also very responsive with any questions we had during our stay. The best part was being able to take the golf carts to the beach or just drive around the complex with the kids enjoying our time together. So many memories we made during the week we stayed there, couldn't ask for a better vacation spot!

This was our 2nd time to stay at Sara's place. 2 wks the 1st time and 3 wks this time. This really says it all . The beach is a 7 minute walk. Golf and restaurants are within minutes. The accommodation is great. 1 bedroom with all the things you need. Sara is a wonderful host. Unfortunately our paths did not cross this time, but she responses immediately to any communication. Once again this year, Sara's place was the perfect match to all our needs.
