Pool is seasonal Memorial Day-Labor day. 10am-9pm Pool is closed on Tuesday for cleaning and routine maintenance. No pets!

Newly constructed apartment just completed October 2018. Located in the lower level of our 100 year old historic home. The Lions Den is a cozy hideaway for travelers to call home. This 1928 midtown apartment is located in the Historic Evergreen District and is a renovated 4-plex building. Cleaned with CDC standards, surfaces sanitized, doorknobs and remotes all wiped clean. This is an first floor unit but does have stairs up to the building in front. Spacious 1,000 sq ft, well appointed, comfortable, and soothing. Street parking easily available in front or private parking for one vehicle in back.
