The sleeping area accommodates up to 5 people with 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are communicating. Rooms are equipped with fans and large wardrobes. The house has central heating, dishwashers, washing machine and Wi-Fi connection.

Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Private garden and parking. Private pool (shared with another 4 guests house).

Distante 300 mt dalla strada provinciale è raggiungibile da una strada bianca.
