Over 3000 sqft home on 5 acres within minutes of natural, beautiful Florida springs! The home sits at the end of a private road that overlooks a hay farm. Even though this home is within a mile of the city limits for easy access to the stores, you feel so secluded! Take a walk down the private paved road under large oak trees! Enjoy the star gazing at night! Large home to gather with friends and/or family! But, please be mindful of no parties or large events. As of 12/5/23, wifi is in the home!

My place is 1.7 miles from Ginnie Springs known for great diving, tubing, canoeing and swimming. It is located on the same road as Blue and Poe Springs. Activities for everyone, T.V. in every room, internet provided, drying line for diving suits, large fire pit, washer & dryer. corn toss, horse shoes, and tubes provided Ring outside security doorbell . It is great for couples, adventurers, business travelers, families, and big groups . SMOKING OUTSIDE ON FRONT AND BACK PORCH ONLY NEVER INSIDE

Spring Hideaway Home - 8 min to Springs on 5 Acres

Comfortable and spacious home surrounded by nature in a great location! This 3/2 mobile home sleeps 10 and it sits in a 5-acre piece of land full of trees. Sit by the firepit, relax in the screened porch, listen to the animals and you might even see some deers. The house is peaceful and secluded but it is less than 10 minutes to downtown and also between 8 - 15 minutes to Ginnie Springs, Blue Springs and Poe Springs. We are also about 20 minutes to other Springs and 25 minutes to Gainesville.

Check out this beautiful 2 bed/2bath escape situated at the end of a long private driveway on the tip of a secluded peninsula, and sandwiched between the majestic Suwanee river and a lovely cypress swamp. House is a comfortable 2/1 on a half acre with 270ft of Suwanee river frontage. Suwanerenity is also conveniently located within view of Fanning Springs park, Anderson boat ramp, and Suwaneebell restaurant, while still maintaining an atmosphere of seclusion and serenity. Let it sink in!

The Confluence Cabin

The Confluence Cabin is a beautiful cedar home nestled where the Ichetucknee River pours into the Santa Fe. The sprawling 2 acre property has more than a full acre fenced in, making it the perfect spot for children to play on the tree swing and for dogs to run off leash. Grill out and eat every meal under the canopy of oak trees on our 400 sq ft deck. Bringing your personal boat or jet skis? The boat ramp is right down the street. There are also pontoon boat and jetski rentals nearby.

Santa Fe Getaway on Santa Fe River.

We are next door to Rum Island Park which is a swimming spring, kayak and canoe pick up/ drop off/boat ramp location. It is a private cottage. 1 bdr Sleeps 4. 1 Bedroom with a sleeper sofa. You’ll love my place because of the location. The river is in the backyard. You can launch your personal canoe or kayak. Sit by the fire pit or enjoy the deck and cook out with friends and family. We have a no pet policy due to our allergies. Town of High Springs and Gainesville near by

Peaceful Palms

This simple green and open property is conveniently located VERY near many beautiful springs and paddling trips on the Sante Fe river. The home includes a full kitchen with stove, cooking essentials, Keurig and a couple complementary coffee pods. There is also a fridge/freezer, and laundry area with washer and dryer. Two TV’s, a 55 inch and 40 inch. The wifi is lightning fast. Outside in the backyard there is a gazebo with a picnic table. There are also two carports to park in.

Suwannee River Retreat

Beautiful, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home located on the historic Suwannee River. Get away from it all. Easy access to Fanning Springs (1.5 miles up river) and Manatee Springs (7 miles down river). Bring a boat, or two 2-person kayaks available for use. Great views from the deck and dock that overhangs the river. Very peaceful. Please note this is a rural area, it's wooded and can be dark. Get unplugged for a few days and enjoy the peaceful surroundings of the Suwannee River.

Suwannee River Getaway

Suwannee River getaway in beautiful Gilchrist County, Florida. A beautifully kept one bedroom, one bath, modular home on a wooded lot with plenty of parking for boats and trailers. This house sleeps 2 in the single bedroom. We have tried to provide every amenity for a relaxing stay. Ideally situated across from the Rock Bluff boat ramp for the boating and fishing enthusiasts. The Rock Bluff General Store is right next door, Rock Bluff Springs is across the street.
