Your family will be about 3 miles to Va Tech Campus and The Inn at Va Tech and Skelton Conference Center. We are 1.5 miles to Moon Hollow brewery and El Ranchero Mexican Restaurant. Heritage Park and Rising Silo Brewery is 3.9 miles away. A 4 mile drive to downtown and Moss Art center. Cox's Driving Range and sunset views from our own back yard. Not to mention New River Junction for camping and rafting is just 13 miles down the road. Prices Fork Exit off 460 brings you right to Old mill Road.

This studio apartment was completed in 2023. It features a full kitchen with keurig coffee, king size bed, queen size futon and 65" TV. Outside is a private deck with gas grill and patio table. It is located 3.3 miles from downtown Blacksburg. The art on the walls is done by local artists. Keyless entry. Gravel parking next to building. Owners live onsite in a separate building. Note: climbing a short flight of stairs is required to gain access to the building.
