Stylish, spacious, family friendly 2 storey apartment. On a quiet residential road, just one sleepy clerical business below the apartment. We do have steep steps between floors and low ceilings on the top floor, any concerns please message. My husband is 6ft and he is ok! Walking distance to train station and town, 20 minutes to London. Seashells is a beautiful seafront apartment with amazing views over the Estuary. Sit back and watch the ships sail past or cross the road and you are on the beach. We are a short stroll from the main strip on Southend seafront but far enough away to avoid the crowds. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. The 1 bedroom apartment has a king size bed, south facing balcony, full kitchen, modern shower room, 50" tv and free wifi.

You can walk for miles from here. The flat is on a street with short term parking with free parking options 200m away. Or 24 hour car parks close by.
