A is the top unit & B is the lower unit and it's a studio style floor plan. Each unit has a washer, dryer, fridge and more great amenities. Each unit has it's own separate entrance and parking. It is beautifully decorated modern/ industrial style. It's has great views of mountains and is in a great location near Bryce, Zion, Grand canyon, Bryce Canyon & Lake Powell.

When Glendale was first established, this lot was designated as a temporary home for visitors, emigrants and travelers. And while I'm not a native to this area, I was able to purchase the lot to build my family home. The home was remodeled in 2018 when I began hosting. After you ascend some steps from the garage you enter the apartment and are greeted with a clean and quiet apartment. The family room has a 40" flat screen, & a pull out couch. The kitchen has a mini fridge, two burner stove, and a convection microwave. The bedroom is separate from the family/kitchen area. The bedroom has a queen log bed with a bathroom.
