Beautiful grounds. Place was perfect for our 2 families to stay comfortably for 3 nights with plenty of room. Amenities were great.

We were very happy with our stay at this time share unit. It was much better than others that we’ve stayed in near Williamsburg. If we’re in the area, we will do our best to stay at this location again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Check in was very easy with clear instructions. Area was very safe and located in a convenient location to attractions, restaurants, and shops. The place was very clean. Mattresses were super comfortable. We felt right at home. Would stay here again.

Our family's stay was wonderful! the accommodations were very clean and spacious. the location on the powhatan resort was just perfect for our family getaway. there were lots of great family activities and it felt very peaceful, beautiful, safe and within perfect traveling distance to colonial Williamsburg and historic Jamestown. tania was thorough with her instructions and when we reached out with a question during our trip she responded promptly. thank you, Tania! our family will definitely be booking again!!

Extremly clean, spacious not to mention there was and upstairs sitting area with a flat screen TV to our one bedroom unit. Great stay and price

This place was wonderful. Everything was as described. Very neat, clean and SPACIOUS!! It has super exceeded our expectations! Tania the hostess was great and made sure all of our questions and concerns were properly addressed. This resort was peaceful and secure. The property was well maintained and the entire staff was friendly and welcoming. We look forward to returning for future family stays

Clean space, plenty of room, easy check in. Only negative is the sales pitch for a timeshare but it’s understandable

Our stay at Patriot Place was amazing, we an awesome stay, our room was everything as expected. Christian was extremely helpful answering all questions when we were looking for a place with NO twin beds as we were traveling with another couple. Over all the 4 of us had a blast enjoying the Cornhole provided and the nightly campfire chats. I would definitely book with Christian and Patriot Place again. Thanks for a wonderful weekend.

Good location, very close to colonial Williamsburg, restaurants, downtown. All within 10 minutes. Helpful check in instructions.

The unit we received was clean and we enjoyed the in unit washer and dryer. It’s a little cramped when using the pullout couch. Kids loved the amenities like the arcade, mini golf, and pool. However, we had to use all the amenities at 7am because otherwise, they were overrun with so many people!!! We understood this was a timeshare unit and would be asked to attend a presentation, but that we could decline. We did decline, but they make you feel bad for declining and are still pushy to try to get you to do it. That was the worst part of the experience. Otherwise, we liked access to amenities and the location.

The accomodations are very spacious, classy and comfortable. Beds are very comfortable too, and we had everything we needed to make it a great stay.

Joseph was a great host, very quick response back. The Resort is perfect for a family, lots of activities. Even my oldest one college did a crafting session with her younger brothers. WaterCountry is literally right next door barley a 2 minute drive. Brush Gardens is about 5 min drive away from the resort. The place was perfect for a family of 6. Everyone had there own space, had everything we needed for a kitchen.

It was a wonderful, relaxing week! The accommodations were most attractive, spacious, and included everything needed. The location was very private and peaceful. Our host was most helpful and responsive.

From start to finish our vacation was amazing. There was some mix up with our reservation at check in. The woman at the front desk promptly called Joseph and he immediately upgraded our rental from a 3 bedroom to a 4 bedroom. The unit was clean and well equipped. Joseph answered all my questions quickly when I booked the rental. I give him 5 stars as a host and I give the rental unit 5 stars.

The unit was very large and had everything we needed. Very close to Colonial Williamsburg and restaurants. Christian was very responsive to the few questions I had— great host!

Great location and close to everything. Great location for families and ample parking. There was a issue at check-in but it was resolved within moments. Please be aware this resort does not offer mini-golf, tennis or a game room. There is an outdoor pool and hot tub which we took advantage of. Overall fantastic time.

We had a good stay, the place was comfortable. The bedrooms were comfortable. The bathrooms were nice, the furniture had some stains here and there, but overall, it was clean. I was told by the front desk That they are renewing the place on September so that’s awesome because it’s a nice looking place and very spacious..We love the area lots to do all the theme parks are nearby and restaurants. Donald was a great host, very responsive and communicative. Will definitely come back again.

Absolutely will book again. So nice to have a spacious home away from home while traveling. (Especially with a baby.) Clean. Great service. Happy!
