Koni's house Saronida

Koni’s house has a private swimming pool with sunbeds and a breathtaking view. It has a large bedroom with a double bed. In the living room there is a sofa that it can be a double bed as well. Also the kitchen and the bathroom are fully equipped. The house provides Wi-Fi. Saronida is close to the center of Athens and 30 minutes away from the airport. It is a seaside suburb of the Athens Riviera with beaches, restaurants and coffee shops. It is close to Sounio and has access to public transport.

The small studio is located on the 3rd floor, in front the beach, in the center of Artemida ideal for holiday, very close to Athens city (aprox. 23km), next to Athens International Airport(4km) and Rafina port (5km) where you can travel to Cyclades islands (Andros,Naxos, Paros, Evia, Myconos). Further (42k) is Lavrio and its port to other islands (tzia, kythnos etc) and the temple of Poseidon at cape Sounio (24 km). Ιn 8km is the Attica Zoological Park and the Glen Mc Arthur shopping center.

Cosy seafront appartment at porto rafti's marina. Right next to the sea, you can hear the waves , 20m from a small beach. Cafes and restaurants at 1min. 20mim to the airport. Beautiful 3rd floor apartment 30sqm (without elevator) with a magnificent view. Διαμερισμα μπροστά στην θάλασσα στο υπέροχο λιμανάκι του Πορτο Ραφτη. Παραλία για μπανιο στα 20μ, όμορφες ταβέρνες και μπαρ με τα πόδια σε 5λεπτα. Σε πολυ ήσυχο σημειο. Στον 3ο όροφο ( χωρίς ασανσέρ) επιφάνειας 30μ2.
