It was a new house just like the picture. All the appliances were new and there was a big smart TV, so it was great to enjoy YouTube comfortably. Especially, I was so grateful for the quick response and kindness of the host, and I felt safe. It was a great memory

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Karim. La maison est bien agencée, spacieuse et bien équipée. Elle est située à proximité de magasins ce qui permet de faire toutes ses courses à pieds. Мы остановились в этой квартире второй раз, потому что остались с восторге после первого посещения. Мы были проездом в Улан-Баторе, поэтому нам было важно расположение, так как в городе очень много пробок. Квартира находится на окраине города, поэтому по пути к аэропорту не будет никаких пробок. Дорога от дома до аэропорта Чингисхан заняла около 40 на машине по трассе без помех! Квартира была новая, после ремонта. Идеально подойдет для тех, кому важна чистота и комфорт ✨🫶🏻

This apartment is palatial, spartan and peaceful. Located in a residential area milling with focused students on their way to and from the nearby university buildings. The main attractions of the city are all accessible walking distance from here. Byamba is a very helpful and friendly host and his cleaning lady was a treasure for holding a parking space for me before I arrived!

Very spacious apartment with parking and full kitchen included. It was very convient to have an extra toilet and two separate bedrooms. It was very quiet during the night which was a big plus as I am a very light sleeper. On the negative side, the apartment is quite old (and it was not obvious to us when looking only at the photos). It took us some time to work out how to turn on the heating -- the first night we did not notice the small thermostat in the wall.
